    I'll keep this short.
There are inns, bars, and pubs all around both Wynn and Gavel. Yet, when you go inside of them for a refreshing pint after a hard day of slaughter, you find that no one is tending the bar. (Or, at least in most cases.)
I haven't been past Cinfras in Gavel, so I can't really speak about what goes on in other towns in that province.

Anyways, let's look at Nemract. for example. The potion merchant is housed inside of a building with tables, flowerpots posing as mugs, and he is behind a counter with stool-chairs. He's also got a barrel of Nemract Whiskey. It's a bar. No denying it. He sells you potions of drunkeness. That's the idea behind this idea.

    What I'm proposing is this:
In all of the bars, pubs, and inns (with a bar) around the map, add a merchant called "Bartender", "Barkeep" (or "Innkeep/er". This merchant would sell potions of drunkenness, albeit it re-named.
    However:

Depending on what town this merchant is in, or where he is in relation to other towns, he would sell potions of drunkenness with stronger or weaker effects.

Prices would work like this: Nemract is a level 20 town. Almuj is a level 30 town. The Barkeep/Potion Merchant in Nemract currently sells his drink for 2E. So, if you want to buy [Almuj Arak] from him, you pay 2 emeralds more than the [Nemract Whiskey], because Almuj is 10 levels higher than Nemract. So for every 5 levels you pay 1 more emerald.

If the merchant is in Nemract, he'll sell [Nemract Whiskey] for 2E. However, because he's in a port city, he's also got access to [Llevigar Pinot] and any other Gavel liquors.

However, if you cross the sea to Gavel, the towns there might sell you [Nemract Whiskey], but it would be for a higher price than, [Llevigar Pinot].

Trading towns like Detlas or Cinfras (being the epicenters of trade in their respective provinces) would have drinks from all of the major towns, though they will be priced accordingly.

This isn't a super game-changing proposal, just something to up the immersion, and to give you a reason to go and buy "drinks" with your friends after beating a dungeon or something.

List of Names: (Help is appreciated)
    KNOWN:
    -Nemract Whiskey
    -Llevigar Pinot

    NAMES TO BE ADDED:

-Almuj Arak (Arak is a middle eastern drink, fitting it's theme)
    -Nessak Vodka(?)

TL;DR: Think Nemract potion merchant, in every bar/inn/pub on the map, selling you potions of drunkeness but renamed and repriced depending on where the merchant is.

It's just, with all of those empty buildings, one doesn't feel immersed, knowing that in other mediums there would be someone in there to sell you something, and the lack of that in Wynncraft hurts the immersion, in my opinion. And in a fantasy game, where it's so far removed from real life, isn't immersion important?

It is a good idea, i never really liked how the neract bar was just the potion shop. Didn't seems very Medieval themed
