I would name it Swamp's Sword. It is an alliteration and a swamp is made of earth and water. If you decide to make it legendery for some reson the lore could be:

During a war in Olux, a mighty warrior was slain and sunk into the depths of the swamp. Years later, some local farmers retrieved his weapon, and his bones. Those who carrie this weapon harness the power of water and earth.

Landslide or Mudslide would be a cool name
The weapons's viability could shift dramatically with whether those ids are the max or min or average stats, so you should probably add them :D
