World Please Buff The Amount Of Soul Points

This might just be my upset state saying this but I do have a justified reason. So for the last day or so I have been around 4 soul points and every day you only get 1 soul point. Some people might hive ideas for stacking Soul Points (server jumping and just being offline) but I find that you lose WAY more than you get. Now I just started to play on this server and was really enjoying it but there would always be this worry of using a scroll or trying out new places. So please if someone at WynnCraft HQ can reply to this to notify me that you at least read this, that'd be great :)

 

The Soul Points are there to force you to be careful. You can't just die with reckless abandon under this system. You earn 1 SP each hour you're offline, and days in-game are 20 minutes, so it isn't like you've got a shortage of them. Just leave MC open in the background and do something else for a bit to regen some SP.

 

The reason you don't have enough soul points to just die repeatedly is so you don't- well, die repeatedly. Try to survive, defend against your enemies. And if you ever get too low for comfort, AFK for an hour or two.

 

Although the start game may seem hard, its really simple to avoid dying. If you can, invite some friends to join you in your quest to be the best. Another factor that may be affecting your chances of survival is your gear. Once you're able to get better gear, or when your friends join you, you'll find that soul points aren't the end of the world. SP is simply their to prevent kamikazing quests/bosses. Just play it safe, and don't venture out with less than 3sp!

 

I personally rarely lose Soul Points, and I have an incredibly weak set of equipment (I use it to get as much XP as possible, so it's not powerful in terms of a survival ability).

Try to be careful about going into places, and run if necessary. Every class has some form of spell that can be used to evade danger, and seeing as how you're Level 31, you have it already.

Do keep in mind that as Archer, you have the lowest amount of base defense out of any class in the game (not including VIP reskins, because, well, those are just reskins). Warrior has 120%, Archer has 60%, Mage has 80%, and Assassin has 100%.

And on the note of teleport scrolls, they cannot be used at one Soul Point.

If you still are in need of Soul Points, some pieces of equipment have the Soul Point Regen Identification on them, which (in total) state the percentage chance of getting two Soul Points at dawn every day instead of one. Find some if you can, and get up to a high place without enemies (some towns are not safe; don't assume you are as soon as you enter one). Shouldn't be too difficult with Escape. Minimize the window and go do something else. If you're worried of dying from a ranged enemy, do /class anywhere (it'll be safe with /class) and log out.

 

It's not that hard too stay alive if you play right, I feel like 10-15 is still op :P.

Oh, one more thing what is your basic defense? Is the amount of protection armor provides?

 

Does nobody know that there's a damn +Soul Point Regen % ID

 

I know about it, it increases the chance of getting 2 SP instead of 1. Who uses that ID though? Hehe (Soul Signal, Vaward)

 

don't forget memento and third eye (especially some priest's underwear :3)

 

Although I'm only speaking from personal experience, lack of soul points has never been an issue for me. I tend to lose soul points teleporting around with scrolls and /kill more than I do actually dying to mobs. If you find you are dying at a certain point a lot, optimize your strategy. Find a way to get past that specific spot. If need be, you can call on someone in game (maybe of higher level) to help walk you through.

 

Don't die? The only lack of soul points I ever get is from /killing because I'm lazy or tp scrolls

 

It's very rare for me to be killed by mobs. Usually, I die when I back up to a corner while kiting a big swarm of mobs.

 

You're playing as an archer. You statistically have the lowest defense in the game. You need to keep your distance from Mobs. It's just how you have to do it.

 

I feel like soul point Regen should be nerfed and when you die you lose 3, it'd be way more challenging then lol
