If you are lv97:

Tansu: Hello, soldier. You look like just the person who can help me.
Tansu: You see this place? The void wasnt always here.
Tansu: It happened ling ago, and I am very curious on how it happened.
Tansu: Firstly, you must seek out those who lived here ling enough to happen. Ive heard of an elf who lives here, but he cant remember much. They say he got bashed on his head.
Tansu: However, he may be the one I seek. I dint know much of where he is, so youll have to find him.
Tansu: The elfs name is Falzu.

Falzu is in a small aldorie themed house at the other side of sky islands.

Falzu before the quest start:
Falzu: Welcome to my humble abode.

If you are on stage 2:

Falzu: What do you mean? Ive never seen this place without a void.
Falzu: I heard that there is a library as old as me, and I cant remember well. Maybe search there? I heard its where most elves come to study.

Go to Alderie, go to the library in Aldorie, and right clikc the shelves. One of the shelves will give text upon right clicking:

The Voids Opening - Fanrund.

Suddenly golden lines have appeared in the ground, dividing the land from each other. Suddenly, the ground lowered, however, divisions of the land outlined in gold have begun to rise. The Army of Ahmsord came out of its barracks, and loaded the citizens into airships. All citizens were forced to Kandon Anron Abo Beda, a port on the side of a mountain. At the fifth hour an angel of death struck the land with an army of angels. The angels had fire in thier eyes, and voices like thunder. The angels slain the dragons, and have stayed there since, patrolling the land, limitting the dragon race's power. The land had kept lowering until it was out of sight, and it has never been heard of since. Signed, Fanrund.

Now go to Tansu and twll him of what happened.

Tansu: Is this what youve got?
Tansu: It seems very vague as to what happened, and that is a very misleading title. It barely has anything on the void.
Tansu: Can you return to Aldorie, and ask of it?

Find Fanrund in Aldorie and ask him of what happened.

Come back to Tansu and end the quest.

Tansu: Thats... thats all?
Tansu: Well, I must pay you. What do you prefer? Emeralds or experience?

1. Not enough stages or reasons for this to be a "Very hard" quest.
2. The xp actually kind of makes sense considering its a little bit more than half the xp needed to level up from 97 - 98.
3. The emerald amount makes sense.
4. Why is there no text about finding Fanrund when Tansu asks you?

 

Im gonna change it, at first i put very hard, but then i saw how little sense it made, so i changed the idea and forgot to change "very hard". Thanks for pointing that out.

...No proof.
Also "Medium" makes more sense because this quest is only about 7 stages long and just involves you talking to npcs. Hard quests usually involve really hard bosses and or 12+ stages.

 

You have to search through a whole library and locate an npc with barely any clues at all...

Not really.nThe person you ask is a witniss, not a guilty npc. And in haven aniguity you have clues, here you dont. And in haven of aniquity there is no search through a library.

 

So basically your saying that it's not like Haven Antiquity AT all... ok

I just noticed a lot of similar things between quests, but if you didn't aim for this quest to be like it than okay.
