I don't really think tier 4 and 5 upgrades are needed for spells but thats just what I think.
Also this upgrade for assassin's smoke bomb:

Correct me if i'm wrong but i'm sure we have a better version of this for spin attack already that has a chance to leech enemy buffs and always removes debuffs on yourself.

I like the idea of tier IV and V spells for Wynncraft, but some of the spell idea's you came up with seem a bit overpowered. The tier IV and V spells I really had a problem with were Arrow storm, Bash, Multihits, and Heal. Each of these just seemed like there was too much in it, even if the spells are supposed to be a step up from the lower level spells. And all the tier IV and V spells in general seemed like they would make the game way to easy to play, and would take the point out of teams of people needing to work together to take down a tough boss.

Don't get me wrong, I love the idea of tier IV and V spells, especially since the spells max at lvl 66, leaving lots of room for another tier or so of spells. But these spells seem way over the top, and they would sort of ruin the gameplay of Wynncraft.

Now some of the spell ideas I thought might actually be kind of cool, was War Scream and Vanish. Getting to atack another tier faster for a bit would be a pretty cool buff to War Scream, and dealing extra damage from behind with Vanish would also be pretty cool. Both of these ideas aren't overpowered, but they add a little something extra to the spells to make having another tier seem useful.

 

Its all good, as long as you change the levels. For example, instead of making 3 spell upgrades at lv66, move one to lv 61, and get them higher up, so your last upgrade would be at like... 96. It promotes more grinding xD
