World Quest: Run Far And Wide

This quest is meant for level 40-55ish
They start in Llevigaurd and have to run all across the map and collect [Every Dungeon Key, All Wynn teleport Scrolls, A full adventurers armor set, 1 Map (Bought from a new map merchant at cinfras) and a relic helmet]

Storyline:

Dagen: Greetings! Welcome to Gavel!
Dagen: I am Dagen, the official Historian at the museum of Llevigar.
Dagen: Unfortunately its quite new, and we dont have a lot of items to display.
Dagen: If you bring us back [1 Skeleton Key, 1 Spider Key, 1 Animal Key, 1 Zombie key and 1 Silverfish key] I will be sure to pay you well!


Dagen: Wonderful! But people wont want to go to a museum just to look at keys, now would they?
Dagen: Bring me back [1 Ragni Teleport Scroll, 1 Detlas teleport scroll, 1 Nemract teleport scroll, 1 Alumj teleport scroll, 1 Nessak teleport scroll & 1 Troms teleport scroll]

Dagen: Great! You have returned
Dagen: I see you have everything...
Dagen: Though some strong armor from the Defenders of Wynn would be nice!
Dagen: Bring me [1 Adventurers Helmet, 1 Adventurers Chestplate, 1 Adventurers Leggings, and 1 Adventurers Boots]

Dagen: Hmm, this museam is about Gavel, isnt it? We need ktems from gavel!
Dagen: Theres an old map aker that lives in Cinfras, he should be able to supply you [1 Map]!

Dagen: Now we need history...
Dagen: I Know! Relics!
Dagen bring me [1 Relic Helmet]

Wonderful! We already have some visitors! Please take this as a reward.

Reward: 100,000 exp, 8192 Emeralds.

 

we REALLY dont need more fetch quests.

 

Holy mother of fetch quests

 

Honestly I dont see many, especially at lvl 40-50ish

 

the point is, they suck, are boring, lack gameplay, and basically take no thought. The museum idea was a nice intro, but nobody likes fetch quests.

 

Ill keep trying :P

Who knows? Maybe it was? Maybe it wasnt?

 

A few things,
[1/2] DirtyDoge: Try having text like it would be in quests.
[2/2] DirtyDoge: It makes things more organized, and makes your thread look better.

Quest book updated.
What does your quest book say between stages? Tell us.

One last thing, why do we need more fetch quests? They suck.
Try making it less back-and-forth, and more engaging. Not to mention, the dialogue is very bland. Try giving the NPCs you talk to some personality.

Let me try to tell you what's wrong...
1) fetch quests suck as was stated before... The ones currently in-game are being reworked
2) the scroll part is basically Tower of Amnesia
3) the relic part is like relic hunter part 2
4) 100k xp ru serious? (the worm holes lv53 gives 30k and that's considered alot)
5) same with the money... Too bad (seriously... This is a lv70 quest payout)
6) map AKER living in Cinfras... Hmm... Getting to Cinfras at level 50 is VERY hard for your average player (some low players don't know such city exists)
7) there is no museum in Llevigar? Look at it this way: medieval city, people work for living. There was no such thing as free time in medival times in our world. Now add monsters and the free times decreases even more.

Maybe add a boss something like idk maybe u have to kill some adventurer boss to get the map. Pure fetch quests aren't that fun. Lol.

 

So basically toa plus more stuff with a reward that is a little op for that level.
