    Then this "snapcraft" server violates the EULA and if mojang will ever choose to enforce it they'll get shutdown.

    Remember, Wynn is a much bigger server, and would have easily been caught in the first wave of EULA had it not changed. Little servers can and have to break eula in order to stay open, and aren't as easy to spot
