(items) Elemental Set

These are the first items I have designed, so they are probably broken balance-wise. Suggestions for improvement are appreciated.

These are way too overpowered to be accessories. I mean, ring of thunder, it has 4-5 attack speed with no drawbacks!!!! Breezehands has 1 tier and greatly reduces damage.

Ring of fire already exists, by the way.

Elaborating:
Ring of fire is okay. Maybe some health regen added in there too?
Ring of earth would be way too strong with super fast melee weapons, perhaps have it reduce walkspeed or just nerf the damage?
Ring of water is just too good. Since you can put 2 of them on, somebody can get 10/4 mana regen with just 2 items...
Ring of thunder is plain overpowered. Nerf the attack speed or change it.
Reflection goes with the water element, not air. You could change that to walk speed or something else. I like this one, it's good.

 

Everything is broken except the fire ring.

Are the damage values raw or %

 

They already planned to add elemental sets.

Raw elemental damage is only from powders. I would put each elemental damage value to around 24%
