    I most certainly hope so!

    Only two admins know the answer to that implied question, however, I hope that it gets implemented soon, too. And not in that "soon" sort of way. This and the Item Locks are still my two favorite suggestions.

    I think this is by far a great idea for builds! I think this would certainly help with "bettering" builds with weapons like thrundacrack for example.
    I wish I could have thought of this :_:
    But nice idea! This should be implemented!

    Thought I might point this out.

    Try checking the particles with your Wynnpack on. Some particles look different with them, which might make you reconsider. ;)

    So, let's say that I got 95 Dex points, then got extra 6 more dex points for wearing items.

    If you don't wear the items and having pure Dex points, what happens to the perk?

    The perks are completely unaffected by items. If you were to have 50 Agility, and wore armour that gave you another 50, you'd only get the perks leading up to 50; rather than all the perks. Not only is this to stop people using a JoaT build and gaining all the perks, but it's to stop people from cheesing their way to 100 points; as well as being easier on the system so when your points drop from armour you don't have to see the 'Perk Unlocked' message again.
