    A fun little class idea,it can be considered as Archer+ I assume

    Marksman:
    A powerful sniper with almost unlimited range and devastating damage,marksman serves as a long range sniper that can support allies with his powerful shots. However,Marksmen are extremely vulnerable when engaging enemies in close range as he has no self defending methods pretty much,using marksman requires high aiming accuracy and twitch shooting skills,also well as having the ability to land headshots.

    Passive - Eagle Sight
    Landing headshots will deal triple damage

    Spell 1: Shooting Star (8 mana)

    Grade 1: Shooting out a hit scanning arrow at the looking direction,reaches out enemies within 87 blocks maximum,dealing 350% damage. Shooting Star will pierce through enemies and damages enemies behind the first hit target,however each pierce through will reduce the damage greatly by 100%
    -Fire dmg +15%

    Grade 2: Acceleration - deals higher damage to enemies that are further away,less damage to closer enemies
    -Fire dmg +30%

    Grade 3: Sniper - deals 450% damage,shots will now reach out to enemies within 108 blocks
    -Fire dmg +30%
    -Thunder dmg +25%

    Spell 2: Evade (7 mana)

    Grade 1: Evade backward for 13 blocks,leaving behind traces of smokes.

    Grade 2: Fiery Dash - evade backwards for 17 blocks,leaving behind traces of smokes and flames,while damaging enemies in the way for 75%
    -Fire dmg +20%

    Grade 3: Shadow Arrows - shoot out 12 arrows in front of you in a spread,deal 75% damage to hit enemies and blinds them for 3 seconds
    -Fire dmg +30%

    Spell 3: Phoenix Soar (11 mana)

    Grade 1: Summoning a phoenix,spread its wings,dealing 125% damage to nearby enemies knocks them off greatly. Shoots out a path of inferno and destruction in front of you,dealing 45% damage each 0.5 seconds on enemies standing on the flames
    -Fire dmg +30%

    Grade 2: Inferno Wings - your Phoenix will now shoot out 10 hit scanning arrows at your looking direction from its wings,dealing 135% damage per arrow on enemies within 87 blocks
    -Fire dmg +35%

    Grade 3: Nether's Angel - when the Phoenix spread its wings,it will reflect any nearby projectiles and send them the opposite direction
    -Fire dmg +35%
    -Air dmg +15%

    Spell 4: Deadzone (6 mana each shot)

    Grade 1: Stand still for 3 seconds to aim at all the enemies within a 15 block radius in front of you and shoot out a hit scanning arrow towards each respective target,dealing 850% damage
    -Fire dmg +50%

    Grade 2: Quick Aim - you now take 1 second less to aim,dealing 900% damage per hit
    -Fire dmg +55%

    Grade 3: Marksman - you now aim at your targets head(weak point) instantly
    -Fire dmg +60%

    Note: When you're aiming with Deadzone,you are literally standing still there and can't move or jump,and you will only shot each respective target once. Also,casting this spell don't cast any mana,only the shots cast mana,so if your target moved behind some sort of cover and you can't shoot them,your shot will cancel. Oh yes,you and the target must remain line of sight in order to lend out a successful shot

    Because you do not get the lovely sound of your spear piercing the enemy's heart and the rip as you pull it out.

    Also I like snipers...

    Can you imagine vanished assassins got deadzoned in the head suddenly

    I would probably bang my head into walls

    Just kidding Marksman can't aim at vanished assassins

    And if you're moving at a relatively high speed Deadzone would mostly miss so ya

    Do you know why the Archer's range was nerf ?
    Because it would be too op to kill mob that can't see you easily.

    Pistols???? I can understand maybe a Pirate pistol, but still. Pistols????
    Passive??? So basically when you use McCree Deadeye, and unlock the 3rd tier, you can basically one shot any mob...
    McCrees Deadeye???? Wtf? Does so much damage on second Tier dude...

    Overall,
    I think this class is basically McCree, but with fire damage.

    Classes statistics add up to 13 Stats, you have 15.
    Max is 5. You had 7.
    Can't necessarily have 0 in a category.

    - Far too overpowered in all spells (135% damage in all mobs within almost 100 blocks??) (900% damage for 6 mana??)
    - Too similar to Archer (already builds that can one shot lots of mobs)
    - Too biased towards one element (Fire) [Basically this class is fire-or-bust, there is no class customization]

    I don't feel the need to continue.
    Horrible class idea, however I give you credit for the time and effort you put into it.
    Try to fix the above issues if you want this to be seriously considered.

    This is WAYYY too powerful! Having a spell that deals NINE HUNDRED percent of passive damage, especially with such a high damage stat, is frankly ridiculous, and the fact that it's not only ranged, but can hit multiple targets with relative ease is just way too much. shooting star is also ridiculous because of the amount of damage it does, but it still pales in comparison to deadzone! You know what? Phoenix soar, especially at grade 2, is also ridiculous. The only spell that isn't completely overpowered is evade, and that's only because of how easy it would be to throw yourself off of a cliff.

    tl;dr: WAY too much damage potential, and three out of four of the spells are OP. Just no.
