Make the Gem Guardian have more health. I know Wynn Excavation is a level 35 quest, and the Rivals quest is level 30, but I seriously think you need to buff the health. The yellow crystal monster guy in Wynn Excavation has 5k health, and the Gem guardian only has 750. Make it like 2500 health, unless the low health of the gem guardian is intentional

Nah, this was something I've wanted to do for a while, but never got to it.

 

I mean, the idea is interesting. But I don't know if it's something that would really fit into the lore. As a Rival they need to be able to do things that would be considered as Heroic. Things that label them out as a hero. So they can be comparable. Since we are the one's primarily going on adventures. Where does this leave them to have that progression?

 

I mentioned this before, but the series isn't finished yet, so don't make assumptions about Valir yet. Last time someone did that, I dropped a spoiler.

 

Although I do understand it isn't finished. I fell the only way that it could be possible is to introduce him into a heroic sacrifice type situation, this would cause you both to go on the adventure. But he would have to go down in a blaze of glory. That way you as a player is involved. But at the same time, he isn't portrayed as bad. The Rival shouldn't be a bad character (Unless Corrupted by Wynn Eh?) But I love the idea, I just hope you're able to actually make this conform into a full fledged logistic and enthralling storyline

 

I got a suggestion. Since the first three quests appear in wynn, let the other two appear in gavel. Part 4 could be somewhere like the Olux Swamp, and the fifth in somewhere like the light forest or Canyon of the lost.

I already planned to do this. Note that the third quest's minimum level is 45. In Wynn, the only real places higher level than that are the Jungle areas. So yes, the next two will be in Gavel.

This is actually really awesome and I will love to see a huge quest line like this! The idea of a rival is also really unique and I think would be an awesome idea! +1 support from me for sure! Super excited to see the last two parts of the quest line
