【 Quest 】 【 Lyran's Pride 】【 Currently -41- Supporters! 】

I like it. A quest which actually focuses on villager's greed. However, how does Hasy work? Are you picking the villager's side? It doesn't really feel that way.

For this I say: There is an explanation in the quest as to why the creatures of the Canyon are starving.
For the Thesead Watch: This is all the creatures living in this part of the Canyon, rebelling against Thesead. Plus, they can't hunt freely due to the villagers being greedy and taking it all for themselves.

Well, if you have seen the lore in Ancient Rodoroc, it references a 'Canyon Colossus' Which I think is the statue of Kandon-Beda, and only awakens to protect the beings of the canyon. Nothing is stopping the Lyrans from leaving their cave.

 

So, what you're saying is, the villagers have completely removed animals from the wild...? Simply walking through the canyon suggests otherwise. There are trees, and most certainly animals (the other creatures residing in the canyon).

Migration is a thing; birds, for example, do it a lot. If the lyrans are free to leave their cave, can't they go somewhere else, where there is actually food?

I haven't heard about the canyon colossus before. Thanks for explaining.

You can't make it so that only people who choose one thing get another quest. If this was added, Everyone would choose Hasy in order to get 2x+ XP from the second quest.

 

What? Sorry, but I don't understand what you're saying.

 

I'm saying if you make it so that they only get a second quest by choosing Hasy at the end, then anyone who knew about that would choose Hasy to get a second quest, and more XP with it.

 

When I read it I'm pretty sure it said something around 1.2 million xp

 

You put that there is a 2nd quest in the chain for people who picked Hasy. He's saying this is unfair to everyone who picks Lyran, as they don't get another.

 

B-But... Both endings get another quest...

 

Ending bit says 'f you pick Hasy for the ending, you will get another quest, based on stopping the awakening of the Canyon Colossus (Just speak to -x- at -y-)'
I know it says that bit about that captain guy after the Lyran ending but you didn't put any other info about that quest

I believe Wynncraft's formal enough to not use those kinds of exceptions.
Digital games can be formal; websites and books are not the only kinds of formal media.
If Wynncraft was centered around comedy (like the game Kingdom of Loathing), it'd be easier to use a question mark with an exclamation mark.
However, while Wynncraft does contain some allusions to other stories in a humorous manner, these are not emphasized enough so as to make the entirety of the game "informal."

 

So u expect 9 and 10 year olds to know perfect grammar and expect everyone to act as if they were in an English class... Great idea! Not really...

 

But it'd be the staff doing this, not the players.

 

The xp is wayy too much for a level 86 quest, since I see it's 1.12Mil xp, it should be more around 550k...

Please just dont be that guy that is known too correct grammar, many people and even wynncraft ig has used '?!', this is the internet where people wouldn't care if people had perfect grammar (As long as it doesn't look sloppily made and makes no sense at all) so just let it go...

 

I'm just pointing out a simple mistake that should be fixed to enhance the quality of the quest.

 

ok I understand but lemme just simply tell you the meaning when '?! or ?!?' means: It's basicly when someone's making a question in a really shocking way, like 'Really?!' or 'Are you serious?!, That's terrifying!' and it has been used many times in the lines of quest NPCs in wynncraft IN GAME, so they already did this 'mistake' so why stop?
