Even if the voice acting is good it will take away the possibility for imagination, when players play wynn they pick what the people sound like in their mind. I feel a lot of people would not like the voice acting because of that, but as you said you could toggle it so I support.

Seems good in theory, but when it's put in reality I don't think it'd be what you expected or wanted at all.

First of all, good voice acting is more difficult than you'd think, so to find something to fit every unique NPC would be very difficult.
Second of all, this takes alot of time and effort, and this probably wouldn't be used by most people
And lastly, everyone has different imaginations of what characters would sound like, so it would most likely only be a small part of people that get their expectations met.

This would be great except for the fact that this would make the resource pack a few GB mainly because of how much dialogue is in this game and for it all to be voiced would take a lot of space. Final thing is the weird sounds playing when you skip lines of dialogue, although in 1.10 you can do /stopsound
