Getting Gold Coins

So far in wynnncraft I have found the only way to get gold coins in wynnncraft is with real money. It would be great if u could trade in emerald blocks or liquid emerald for gold coins so u can get things like dxp bombs.

No. This cannot happen. Basically, because of the EULA, you cannot buy a currency that is obtainable in-game (Other words, you can't use money to buy something that gives an advantage. In this case, it'd be that you get instantaneous gold coins instead of earning them in-game.) If gold coins were obtainable, then the GC shop would have to be taken down. Correct me if I got something wrong.

 

I'm pretty sure that you can buy currency that's obtainable in-game though, since GC is only used for cosmetics. Mineplex give players their cosmetic currency through playing games, and also allow you to buy it (kinda.)

 

Sorry, but that's wrong. GC can be used for XP bombs, item bombs, loot bombs, etc. If we're comparing to Mineplex, then this is like being able to purchase gems, which seems pretty unfair.

 

Yes, but those items give a bonus to all players across the server it's activated on, which is not against the EULA.

 

If you could get GC through in game related strategies, then wynncraft won't get enough money to fund things for the server.

If only the EULA didn't exist... Minecraft servers would be great.

 

they would have been unfair. wynncraft had a vip only class (assassin) that had a 2000% spell.

 

I know, that was amazing. DXP for donators only was also good and we can't forget VIP town.

 

Why this is bad 101:
Wynncraft would lack money and would not be able to support all the things they are doing for the server.
If gold coins gave you an advantage it would go against the EULA so there's no reason why everyone needs them.
(They only give pets and decor)
And last of all item bombs and xp bombs are still OK because they don't effect just 1 person. Even though it's only one server it's not 1 person.

So here is a story my friend had: He was going to get some particles for his character and bought some GC. Then he discovered he was 10 GC off to buying it with irl money converted into virtual money. so then he raged and flipped out and quit wynncraft forever. Thats why im not VIP. Its scary.
