Guilds Territory Limit

    (I already know the big guilds will hate on this.)

    I noticed recently that guilds like UXs and HackForums throw the power they have around and own most of the map. It is legitimately unfair to smaller guilds who want a nice little farming spot for the lvl 50 guilds to own the entire map with 1000 high level mobs protecting the territories.

    First Place: UltimateXeons UXs [57 Territories | 48 Level | 52 Members]
    Second Place: HackForums Hax [37 Territories | 57 Level | 60 Members]
    Third Place: BlackListed BLA [11 Territories | 48 Level | 49 Members]
    Between these 3 Guilds, that is over 90% of the total territories atleast.

    See the pattern?

    Perhaps limit Guilds to owning a restricted number of territories for any guild in the game to make it a more fair spread of guild territories for everyone.

    (Also possibly make a rule against sub-guilds claiming for larger guilds to keep them all under generally the same name/leadership)

    Then of course there is this when asking UXs(UltimateXeons) leader about not being as aggressive towards smaller guilds...

    make having the guild leaderboards completely pointless?

    + motoki is right. it's fucking stupid. why would there be a territory limit? if they didn't want you to get territories, there would be a limit. but the point of them is to get territories, so there isn't a limit.

    Leaderboards wouldn't be pointless, as it currently stands it is almost impossible to actively own territories outside of those 3 guilds. The rest of the guilds own at most 1-2 (with the exception of one owning 7 currently). The guild leaderboard is level based, member based, territories being controlled by 3 lvl 48 or above guilds is so unbalanced and makes territories almost pointless to even have anymore.

    Also, Its a suggestion to add a limit for a reason... its not there and they don't have to add it. Just figure I would mention my idea...

    can you explain to me how this is unbalanced? because i don't see it.
    the thing is, the top three guilds atm have worked hard to achieve their level. a fuckton of emeralds have gone into the guilds to be able to get the territories, so i don't see how it's unbalanced just because a guild or two owns a certain amount of territory.

    Well to what you said about if they didn't want people to have territories. May of just thought about that differently then you granted its 12AM atm.

    As for how it is unbalanced. Guilds who have to much time to work hard and bully their way to owning over 57 territories and taking everything the little guilds have just because they can makes it unbalanced. It gives small guilds almost 0 chance and even recruiting more players actively and putting in quest xp still doesnt get caught up to them remotely fast. Especially when attacking leaves you in a horde of strong monsters that are almost to the point of your in a boss fight with how many there are with them swarming you almost before you load sometimes. The entire guilds system is screwed up in my opinion. People may like the system if it benefits them. The people who are hindered to the point its unfair hate it. I've had several people mention a guild cap to me when talking about guilds to balance stuff out. Its not even fun anymore when IF you happen to get it, they take it back in less than 2 hours and you get no buffs out of it.

    Its not a problem with them owning more. But it becomes a problem when they own to much that it is clearly unfair to all the other guilds. Not to mention the fact that they recruit a lot of the higher players and make it even more broke to their favor of how easy it is to take everything from the smaller and other guilds that even try to put up a fight against them.

    no need to limit territories, you would just complain that 10 guilds will be holding all the territory then.
    taking over territories requires active members, but a lot of us just don't care. sometimes I just start wars and take 10 territories by myself. if all of you did that you would control the guild map.
    the current leaderboard is totally useless, the previous one was better.

    yup, it was better when level 17 guilds didn't claim they are ranked #3

    Being in UXs, I believe the reason we can achieve number 1 is because we have dedicated Attackers and multiple level 100's and 101's who have nothing better to do with our time.

    There are guilds who I've never noticed before who just held/can hold territory. Dragon's Arise, Created by @xMC_Master11x is new and achieved #3. Also, Disciples of Wynn, Created by @WhiteVans_ also went high on the leardboard.

    TD;LR: You've got to work for territory, you just don't get it.

    The reason DsA and DsW thrive is because their determination and their alliances. To be allies with other guilds is huge, and you always have to want to own territory, you don't just get it. You have to work to get up on that leaderboard. I think your guild's chance at being allies with UXs now is gone xD
    But I think those are the two main things you need to get up on the guild leaderboard for more than a short period of time.

    1. Guilds are made for fun. So most of guilds are not try to attack.

    2. GIT GUD. Have you ever try? I attacked @motoki1 's territories before. It wasn't that hard. If you have enough money, defend. Poor? That's my your fault.

    Lol as pirates I have to say no to that Matey. If you are a good guild and work hard you can conquer us. Disciples of Wynn gave us a run for our money and now has entered the alliance. Bottom line you just need to be a hardworking guild, and have fun. Take territories as a guild, and you can easily get to top 3 guilds. @Naraka00 Puting a limit on territories would be flawed as it would discourage domination. One guild had even managed to achieve Wynn domination. Solo....

    Plus I am only level 64 and I have soloed many raids. Some even with a few level 70's sprinkled in. Sometimes you have to keep attacking till you kill all the mobs. Just watch your soul points.

    Please take notice of who owns Almuj City...I mean yes, big guilds need nerf, totally not focused on the one territory my guild owns.

    One thing if you don't know, glitching territories (attacking territories back as soon as other guilds take it, before they buy mobs for it) is literally abusing glitch, and it is bannable.
    yea we're waiting for the fix for ages already.. but just don't do that.

    These threads are pathetic. Stop whining, and start attacking. Honestly... taking down those guys is not that hard, dude. If you really want a safe haven for your guild to have some territories, then you gotta work harder than your opponents.

    Remember that guilds rise and fall. This is the cycle of all powers (even irl). I'm sure if you really put your mind into it, you can build a strong alliance, or even own the whole map yourself.

    Territory limits is an argument by the weak. (We have seen too much of that in the past)

    I do agree with what has been said, also we are #3 but we don't have that many territories, if you have enough people you can easily take the same number of territories we did.
    And you say we are number 3 because we have lots of players, but have you actually taken a look at our guild? We have 8 glitched members which are stuck, which means they occupy 16 slots actually, so even though we are 50 we really should have been 36 (which would have been great, cause currently we want to recruit and barely have any spots left :P) considering 2 of those members we want to keep in the guild. So just find active players and you'll be fine :)
