Guilds Guild Broadcasts

The Idea/Commands :

So my idea is simple. The player, if they are the owner of the guild, can change the broadcast message using /guild broadcast [Message]. The owner can also give other players permission to set broadcasts, using /guild givebc [Player]. The owner can also change the interval of the broadcasting using /guild bcinterval [30,60,120, in minutes] which will do the broadcast every 30 minutes, 60 minutes, or 120 minutes. Another command is /guild bcoff, to turn broadcast off. Or to turn the interval off, /guild bcinterval off.
-Comment if you think any of the commands should be changed, like /guild bcinterval.

How It Works :

Once the owner sets the broadcast, the broadcast will broadcast (Oh baby a triple) what was set every time a player in the guild joins the game. If the owner sets an interval, the player will still get the broadcast every time they join, and at the interval that was set

Why You Should Care :

This can be used to remind the people in your guild that there is a "PAAARTY AT 5:30! MEET CINFRAS!! BRING POTATOES!!" or "Anybody selling depressing weapons?" or "Welcome back!" or "Come to The Hive, we are gonna kill Qira at 8! or " THE WYNNIE THE POO'S HAVE TAKEN DETLAS SUBURBS, GET IT BACK!" I could probably think of a million things that could be broadcasted, I hope you do too.
