I appreciate that spells will not be continued within the game for a long time. So I have decided to create something to run alongside it, for level 1 to 101. This new skill set will be dependent on your soul points, and introduces the idea that dying does make you weaker, and is not just some inconvenience. So let me explain...

This new skill set will be introduce at: lv 1, lv 11, lv 21, lv 31, lv 41, lv 51, lv 61, lv 71, lv 81, lv 91 and lv 101. They will bring your character new perks which will improve your abilities, however, the strength of it is dependent on your skill points at the time. For example if you have a skill perk of 1% strength per skill point, and you have 7 skill points, you will gain 7% strength. There will be a menu in your compass stating what you have unlocked, it's caption and level.

LEVEL 1: [Your soul has become stronger, you have unlocked the [Heroic] strength within you]
Skill Perk: +0.5 strength for every skill point. (In the case of have a decimal, you round it down.)
(CAPTION) With responsibility, you have gained strength. You are now a true hero!

LEVEL 11: [Your soul has become stronger, you have unlocked the [Survival] strength within you]
Skill Perk: +1% walk speed for every soul point. (In the case of have a decimal, you round it down.)
(CAPTION) Being a Hero is hard, better not die. You must be quick!

LEVEL 21: [Your soul has become stronger, you have unlocked the [Protective] strength within you]
Skill Perk: +1% reflection for every skill point. (In the case of have a decimal, you round it down.)
(CAPTION) Damn these monsters hit hard. You need to be prepared!

LEVEL 31: [Your soul has become stronger, you have unlocked the [Adaptable] strength within you]

Skill Perk: +0.5 intelligence for every soul point. (In the case of have a decimal, you round it down.)
(CAPTION) Some areas are tougher than others. You must learn to adapt!

LEVEL 41: [Your soul has become stronger, you have unlocked the [Warm] strength within you]

Skill Perk: +1% fire damage for every soul point. (In the case of have a decimal, you round it down.)
(CAPTION) The cold of Nesaak chills your soul. You must warm it up!

LEVEL 51: [Your soul has become stronger, you have unlocked the [Wild] strength within you]

Skill Perk: +1℅ spell damage for every soul point. (In the case of have a decimal, you round it down.)
(CAPTION) The Jungle has awoken your wild side. Your spells are going mad, and you like it!

LEVEL 61: [Your soul has become stronger, you have unlocked the [Tribal] strength within you]

Skill Perk: +1% earth damage for every soul point. (In the case of have a decimal, you round it down.)
(CAPTION) Seeing the Dernal Tribes has awoken you. Your connection with the earth has strengthened.

LEVEL 71: [Your soul has become stronger, you have unlocked the [Legendary] strength within you]

Skill Perk: +0.5 of every element for every soul point. (In the case of have a decimal, you round it down.)
(CAPTION) Being among the Legends has made you stronger. May history call your name!

LEVEL 81: [Your soul has become stronger, you have unlocked the [Travelling] strength within you]

Skill Perk: +0.5 agility for every soul point. (In the case of have a decimal, you round it down.)
(CAPTION) All of this travelling has heightened your connection with the wind. You are now at one with the sky.

LEVEL 91: [Your soul has become stronger, you have unlocked the [Experienced] strength within you]

Skill Perk: +0.5 exp bonus for every soul point. (In the case of have a decimal, you round it down.)

LEVEL 100 (101): [Your soul has become stronger, you have unlocked the [Conquering] strength within you]

Skill Perk: The friends around you gain [Speed I] [Jump Boost 1] [100 healing per second] [Strength I] for 30 seconds, within a 3 block radius. (Your character does not gain these buffs, you must do the relevant skill for your class.)
(CAPTION) Now that your journey has ended, why don't you help others finish theirs?

I feel this is a good side ability levelling to your spells. They are not too overpowered (say if you think some are) and make levelling more exciting for all levels.

Please feel free to leave you opinions in the comments. q;¬,

Do you mean spell damage? In which case it will improve your spell's a lot, especially on top of high intelligence or spell damage gear.

you get 15 soulpoints at max (20 for vip+?) so that's +15 damage, there is a difference between raw spell damage and percentage spell damage

Yay, another thread I can barely view in dark theme!
Anyways- it's not a bad idea. I kind of like it.
Although one thing: I personally don't think 101 should get one. 101 is an easter egg level, not an actual level that has gear for it and all that.

When an expansion comes out, the req will probably be lowered.

As for OP, please fix your font colour. It's painful to read, and I skipped over your first paragraph because I didn't realize it was there.

Isn't this way too overpowered? I mean, let's say for example LEVEL:21 1% reflection for every skill point. If I have 198 skill points, does that mean I have 198% reflection??

EDIT: Sorry, I misread *skillpoints at the time. Seems good then :) My only complaint is that some skill % are higher than others because you get them at a higher level. (Earth % is greater than fire %)
