While this is a very good detailed post, the story line is based around the player being a human.

 

Is this being said based on lore or dialogue? If based on lore (AKA you're from Fruma, land of humans, so you'd obviously be a human), then let me remind you that just because we're from Fruma doesn't mean we're humans. There are most likely other races on Fruma, just that humans are the major race. If your statement is based on the quest dialogue (NPC: Hey, human! I need help!), then I've already stated that dialogue changes would have to be made. My highest level is 59, so I don't know how many would have to be changed, but I assume a good bit. Only small changes would be made, though, so that partially compensates for it. From what I've seen so far, no quests heavily depend on you being human, but more that you're an outsider. So rewording is needed, but not major change in quests (Besides the Mage of Transformation)

No, my eyes suck and I thought it said "20% melee damage". It's fine.

 

Its ok. I'm just trying not to make one race a lot more powerful that another, so to hear that one is too OP, I just had no idea how to nerf it. :3

 

Though, you might want to change the stats for all of the element-based races to percent bonuses so they can scale with you as you progress. I don't think an extra 20 spell damage would bs very useful as a level 80 archer.

Also, I'd like to make a suggestion that the "Elfs" be renamed to "Undines", because Undines are magical water creatures, and since water is based on spells.

Wait, if all these races come from Fruma (Orc, Kitsune, Undine, etc) Then when they create Fruma, they would have to be somewhere in Fruma. Easter egg hunt/possible quest? Find all the cities that belong to these races...?
