I don't know if this is possible or not, but on the Wynncraft map, your view is limited to a certain point of view. If you pull up the link to the map and look at Ragni (link at map.wynncraft.com), you might find that half of Ragni is cut off because the view is looking from a certain angle. I find this very frustrating because when I am looking at the map for a merchant or a quest NPC, I am unable to find the NPC on the map because it is blocked by the mountains or city walls. So, what if you could rotate the map online, to see other parts on the map when it it blocked?
I do not know if this is possible, but if it is, this would be a great addition to the Wynncraft map. That would make seeing and looking on the Wynncraft online map much easier.

Also, to make this idea easier, you can have four different copies of the map (each pointing a different direction, one map pointing North, East, South, and West), and when you click the rotate button, it turns to rotated version of the map. Using this, it can be way easier and get the same job done.

Is this possible? Can this happen? Tell me below!

If you mean almost like a Google Earth sort of Wynncraft map I support this. However, that would mean that the entire map would have to be rendered from certain view points and that may be extremely hard or just take a while. For now, if you need help locating where an NPC is I would just recommend you go to the wiki or view my quest guide I made.

You have my support, despite the fact that this will be highly difficult to make.

The best part about a Google Earth type map is that the community can work on it.
I mean, people already have videos of Detlas in 360°

Have four different maps from four different points of view. When you click the rotate button, it turns the maps 90 degrees. I think this would make it much easier

it will take them some time but it will be possible to create 3 other maps that show the other 3 angles.
map markers only show the general area and aren't pinned at the exact location of their server counterpart. (some have ~100 blocks misplacements)

The Wynncraft map is brought to you by Dynmap. A person has created the collective map of Wynncraft, but it isn't interactive because that is a series of images, whereas the Dynmap is a plugin which supports coordinates, and renders the landscape based on the map data. If there is a modification for that, or if the devs are ready to invest their time into modifying the camera angle and the rendering process themselves then yeah, maybe it is possible.

Be mindful that this is probably the lowest of their priorities because they are working on many modifications to the update that was pushed about 6 months ago.

Frankly you can have your top view from the collective map of wynncraft, but to be fair the zoom isn't scaled proportionally and it isn't what this author is suggesting.

    Be a bit more specific.

This could be pretty hard to do, considering that the map is so huge, it doesn't fit on the screen. So because players use the left button to drag around, how would the computer know if it want's to move to another spot of the map or just rotate?

    This.
A normal dynmap (The normal that we use now) takes about 70 GB aproximately for a Map like this, this taked half-hour to upload, so I think I would not take more than 10 minutes.

    Cya~
