    Jesus Christ. Microsoft owns Mojang.
    MICROSOFT IS NOT INVOLVED WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF MINECRAFT WHATSOEVER...
    and does not give the smallest of shits about EULA-breakers because it's not their business.
    As far as I know Mojang has not taken any action against EULA-breaking servers but it's better to be on the safe side.
