    What Are Passives?
    Passives are timeless power-ups/buffs/abilities (whichever you prefer) that stick with your character to help your character. Passives greatly increase the uniqueness in every Wynncraftian Adventurer out there by letting them choose their very own passive!
    Passives are based and determined on the 5 elements of Wynn. Fire, Water, Earth, Air and Thunder. A player may choose one passive per character to pursue the battle type that the element defines. Ex. Fire to defense, Thunder to Dexterity ETC.

    How do I get Passives?
    To unlock the choice of passives, a player must reach the 20 Lv. Milestone. Meaning, every 20 levels, a player can upgrade their passive's tier. If the player has just reached level 20, they'll get the exciting honor of choosing their passive! The passives come in 5 tiers from tier 1 Lv. 20, tier 2 Lv. 40, tier 3 Lv. 60, tier 4 Lv. 80 and tier 5 Lv. 100

    Passive Menu

    The Passive menu is accessible when a player reaches level 20.

    In the Passive Menu players can choose to Open a passive, doing so will close all other passives permanently. (Unless a reset scroll is used). The passive menu allows a player to upgrade his/her passive at a high emerald cost.

    What Do Passives Do?
    Passives give the player unique enhancements that last forever, based on the passive path they choose, the enhancement will change the style and advantages of their character's battle style, so choose wisely!

    Mana Regen Stat

    The new mana regen stat is a passive version of "Mana Steal" in which a player had endless boosted mana regen. It works just as any other stat.

    Changes:
    - Passives can be disabled due to scenarios such as slow Earth passive users in parkour dungeon challenges and other issues.

    - Major Debuffs have been made!

    - More Major Debuffing

    - Switched Passive Abilities with Fire and Earth

    - Passive menu

    Even more debuffing XD

    lightning blink now creates a nova instead of teleporting players behind attackers. This prevents block glitching and potential player/mob center attacks.

    So that was the Passives idea! Hope you guys liked it, if there's anything you think I should add, tell me in the comments! :)

    These are a bit too powerful.

    Also, I'd suggest maybe there being a merchant that allows you to re choose your passive?

    Yes I was thinking of something similar to the Tower of Amnesia, though the player would have to have a reset cooldown period (a long one at that) if it were that easy to reset their passive.
    -
    Yes, also, I would consider them a bit powerful, though some of the abilities have extremely low chances of being activated, which makes it a bit less powerful than it could be, and also, the passive isn't just a minor addition to a player's character, I intended passives to guide a player's battle style based upon their preference. Meaning it would have to be a very effective stat boost, especially for the Level 100s out there.

    Look you need to make the protective buffs go with fire and the offence buffs go with earth. Also there is no % mana regen stat so that might be a problem. Also how do you activate them? Do you find them in your compass?

    To activate a passive when you reach level 20, there will be a menu below the skill point bar and beside the daily reeard chest, the menu will be locked until you're level 20

    A rare well thought out and written suggestion. A slight toning down would be nice, along with some art. If you add that, this will be up with 'Skill Point Perks' and 'Item Locks'

    Although I like the idea, they are currently still way too powerful;
    Passives are usually a little buff, around 1-3%, and not 30%+, which would be gamebreaking.

    Yes, I'll be working on major debuffs, though in the higher levels, some buffs will remain at 30%, passives are meant to enhance and guide a player's fighting style, and 1-3% buffs couldn't do that, especially at higher levels.

    Although I agree with most you said here, I don't think they wouldn't be valuable in the "endgame"; percentages in general always scale with the damage output, which also increases the further you progress in the game itself

    Percents scale with damage. These passive skills rival -Mythic- level abilities at the end. You need to severely nerf them.

    If mana regen were to work like that, it would be similar to that of mana steal, life steal and other effects of that nature. It is a new stat focused on the percentile of regenerating out of 100. 100% obviously being the average multiplied by the percent and added as regeneration.

    I just recently nerfed it to quite an extent, but I will nerf it more, I'm not all that great at stats so please do not hesitate to point out issues I make. :)

    Good Idea, but they need and I think unlocking it at lvl 20 is too close with the 3rd spell unlock (lvl 21) and also, can you replace the yellow text with other color? I can't read it ;-;
