World Item Enhancements

Going to jump right into my ideas <3

Enhancement Scrolls
These scrolls are dropped by all mobs and do not have any tiers. They are applied to armor and weapons (maybe even horses!) to add bonuses, kind of like powders, but a little different.

Basic Mechanics:
Enhancement scrolls are applied to items by placing them on an item in the players inventory. All items can have a certain number of enhancement scrolls applied to them. Depending on the rarity of the item, the chance for the scroll to work is lower for higher tiers, respectively. Enhancement scrolls may fail, but there is no chance to destroy the item, and if they fail, no changes are made.

Normal: 1 slot - 100% success rate
Unique: 2 slots - 90% success rate
Set: 3 slots - 80% success rate
Rare: 3 slots - 70% success rate
Legendary: 5 slots - 55% success rate
Mythic: 7 slots (just weapons obviously) - 30% success rate

When an enhancement scroll succeeds when applied to normal, unique, set and rare items, three of the listed stats below are added:

1% xp bonus
1% loot bonus
2% walkspeed
10/2s poison
10/2s lifesteal
2% fire damage and/or defense
2% thunder damage and/or defense
2% water damage and/or defense
2% earth damage and/or defense
2% air damage and/or defense
+20 health
2% health regen
+10 melee damage
+10 spell damage

However, one of the stats listed will be applied negatively. For example, if you pass a scroll on an item, you can receive +20 health, +1% xp bonus, +14/2s poison, but you might get -2% health regen also. This can happen in any combination, even having stats that cancel each other out, such as gaining 2% walkspeed but also having -2% walkspeed.

When an enhancement scroll is applied to legendary or mythic items, four of the stats listed below are added, as well as two stats negatively.

2% xp bonus
3% loot bonus
3% walkspeed
24/2s poison
24/2s lifesteal
3% fire damage and/or defense
3% thunder damage and/or defense
3% water damage and/or defense
3% earth damage and/or defense
3% air damage and/or defense
+50 health
3% health regen
+25 melee damage
+25 spell damage

*With legendary and mythic items receiving two negative stats, it is possible to receive the same negative stat twice.

That's why there are innocence scrolls :3

Innocence Scrolls
These can be applied to items the same way enhancement scrolls are, by placing them on an item in your inventory, and will undo all enhancement scroll changes at a 75% chance. These drop at a lesser rate than enhancement scrolls do.
