World ░▒▓█► Backpacks【734 Supporters】◄█▓▒░

I personally love the quests where the player is teleported around on some sort of trip (Fantastic Voyage, Flight in Distress, Memory Paranoia {in its own way...}, etc...), even if they're probably a living hell for the poor builders. Could there be something along those lines made for this?

Given your criteria, I'm thinking of some sort of camping trip in the Dark Forest. The quest would have to be started at night, perhaps at 1333, 5479?

1. From there, the player would be asked to gather some sort of resource (Skins? Leather?), before returning to the NPC.
2. NPC makes a backpack for them.
3. From there, the player would end up going on some sort of camping trip (Insert details here, this would be in some sort of separate area outside of the actual dark forest)
4. Anything here?
5. Trip is interrupted by an attack of (Insert species here).
6. The player must now go to save the NPC from being (Insert death here/roasted and eaten/ripped apart/etc...).
7. Insert some sort of prison escape stuff.
8. Stuff happens.
9. Trip concludes, player gets a backpack/ability to make backpacks and exp/emeralds.

Quest design's definitely in need of improvement, but I hope that my pathetic attempt at quest design will inspire somebody competent.

Two suggestions though:
1. Maybe add a backpack accessory slot. It would be hard to apply effects to just things in your inventory.
2. Maybe say what item they are and provide an example texture?

Well, the backpacks are NOT for early game. You need a certain level to get them/to grade them up. And I think, everyone has at least 32 LE after doing quests in Gavel. But tell me, why should you need speciffic backpacks? Im sure that you are not carriing 5 backpacks in reallife.

I like the idea! Of course, this wouldn't replace banks, because lower level players do use them. Truthfully, there is no problems with this idea! I hope this becomes a thing!

Why would you need enderchests then? You could place backpacks in backpacks.

 

No you cant, in the next update to this thread i will add, that you can place a backpack only in a special slot

 

How about making it impossible to put Backpacks in Enderchests?

When referring to the perks VIP's and VIP+'s will get, you label the category as "donnor perks". I believe the correct spelling of this is Donor Perks.
