"When you first see this lone tavern, it doesn't look like much, however, it's near nightfall, and it'd probably be cheap. You take one step inside the door, and suddenly you're in another place. You find a lush entryway, with plush, purple carpets and gold banisters. A rougish-looking fellow with blazing green eyes walks up to you. "Welcome to my tavern!" And then ushers you into a different room, with a giant bar. Many other travelers, wearing ancient to modern styles from various countries, are seated here, making cheerful banter in hundreds of languages, each with a different dialect"

The Taverns are usually small building made out of wood, usually tarvens can be found in places like Detlas, Troms and Cinfras.

In tavern you'll be able to sleep to regenerate your health and your mana.
You'll be able to purchase 1EB to sleep, sleeping means you wait 10 seconds in a small room (the room you purchased for) with blindness effect and without the ability to move, after the 10 second you will get nausea effect for 5 seconds and will be able to go down stairs back to the tarven, after sleeping all your health and mana will regenerate, If you have a low amount of soul points (3HP or lower) You'll have a small chance (something like 25%) to earn +1 soul point. Once you sleep you'll have to wait 3 hours in real life to sleep again

In tavern you'll be able to hire NPC to help you.
Once parchasing to hire the NPC you'll get an item called "The Horn of Faith" right click while holding the horn of faith will summon your mercenary, Right click again to despawn the mercenary. but Remeber the mercenary can be used 1 hour after its gone. you can't hire NPC only when his level is simular to your level or lower, never higher, You'll be able to hire one NPC at a time.
The NPC you can hire are divided into four groups:
There are three kinds of NPC warriors you can hire:
    Fighter:
    Available levels: 35, 50
    Health: High
    Attack Damage: High
    Attack Speed: Normal
    Attack Range: Low
    Special Ability: None
    Cost: 32EB

    Ranger:
    Available levels: 50, 60, 75, 80
    Health: Medium
    Attack Damage:Normal
    Attack Speed: Fast
    Attack Range: High
Special Ability: Arrow rain (make arrows raining above the enemy)
    Cost: 32EB

    Barbarian:
    Available levels: 65, 80, 90
    Health: Medium
    Attack Damage: Extremely High
    Attack Speed: Normal
    Attack Range: Low
Special Ability: Charging attack (Charging toward the closer enemy and dealing 100% critical hit)
    Cost: 1LE
There is only one kind of NPC tank you can hire:
    Cleric:
    Available levels: 45, 55 70, 75, 80, 90
    Health: High
    Attack Damage: Low
    Attack Speed: Normal
    Attack Range: High
    Special Ability: Heal
    Cost: 32EB
There are two kind of NPC rogue you can hire:
    Assassin:
    Available levels: 50, 60, 70
    Health: Low
    Attack Damage: High
    Attack Speed: Fast
    Attack Range: Normal
Special Ability: Backstab (100% crit from behind Working only on weak monsters!)
    Cost: 32EB

    Thief:
    Available levels: 40, 65, 75, 90
    Health: Low
    Attack Damage: Normal
    Attack Speed: Fast
    Attack Range: Normal
Special Ability: Loot Finder (Finding all loot in close range and give it to you)
    Cost: 32EB
There is only one kind of NPC spellcasters you can hire:
    Wizard:
    Available levels: 40, 50, 65, 80, 90
    Health: Medium
    Attack Damage: Low
    Attack Speed: Normal
    Attack Range: High
    Special Ability:
    • Ability Number 1: Fireball (Shooting fireball and dealing 100% crit)
    • Ability Number 2: Infrno (Shooting fire everywhere dealing only fire damage
    Cost: 1LE

I played enough RPG to understand that the tavern is the most intresting place in the game, Why? the answer is very simple: Events... from some kind of evil wizard entering through the main door and killing everyone in the tavern to a young girl, covered in blood rushing into the tavern while screaming for help, a few seconds before she dies on the wooden floor, a few meters away from you... things like this used to fill you with determination, aren't they?

In taverns small events (Please write down a comment with cool ideas to events) the event will contain a short animation about what the event is, what happend and what the goal. The frequency of events are based on the place where tavern is, for example detlas will have less events that Troms or Cinfras because the accessibility of players on lower levels to get there.
-Barfight! (Potions of Drunkness start flying around the tavern and start hitting the NPCs. All the NPCs in the tavern become hostile to everyone and start to fight)
-Entry of the Old Sage (High-level NPC will enter the tavern, they can be spoken to in exchange for EB. Communicating with them yields a temporary bonus to base stats Health, Attack Speed, Attack, Defence, Spell Damage, etc...)

The tavern like every other place in the world must have some Small Details. A bar where you can parchase for drinks, Gambling tables (You know, give 10EB to lose them/ earn more), a balcony (not all taverns will have a balconies), Some nice little tables and Some little rooms... (I'm actually thinking about a Private Room for special meetings...Tell me if you like this idea)

This is my idea, Thanks for reading my thread. If you have any offers or ideas you'll like to share please write down in the comments....

Not bad! although it's pretty easy to regen your health and mana with potions (and for Mage heal spell) so the sleep to regen health and mana part might not be used much.

Otherwise sounds cool! (Although I'm no expert)

I love the idea, especially the neat description!
However, one of the pawsible problems I see are the hireable-npcs; from experience, I can tell that it won't be easy to implemenet those,
and there also is a high potential of abusing (trading a bunch of le to a lower level players, to complete all bosses easily...).

Although it seems like the mercenaries you can hire are just guild mobs in the overworld.

edit: omg how did i type "higher" lmao

A few spelling mistakes.... It is Tavern instead of Tarven. It is also Thief instead of thif but I like the idea! Also, it can be really easy to manipulate the hired NPCs as rich people can just grab a bunch and head for QIRA. There should be an NPC cap where I think you should make it 1 for every different NPC or a maximum total. So like, 10 NPCs max or 5 barbarians max, thief max etc

this actually sounds really good, you can also make it so there is a brothel in the big cities (some already have them).
as to the npc's you can make them with a level requirement so your lower class wont be able to use the high level npc.
you could also put the time limit as a countdown on the actual npc not on the time its able to be spawned in.

Really good idea!!!!! Though implementing the "Hirelings" Will be a bit hard, but we basically did it for horses, the problem is keeping the Hp consistent will be hard. (I.e. Hireling takes damage, you respawn it,and it keeps the same hp)

    +1 support anyway
