This is my first time giving a suggestion on the forums, so here goes nothing.

The bounty hunter, A medium to high damage dealing melee combatant, using tactics and marks to weaken his/her target, Best used in one-on-one combats.

Mana: 4
Deals 110% Neutral damage VS unmarked targets, 175% VS marked targets.

3. (Lv. 36)
Mana: 3
Deals 140% Neutral damage VS unmarked targets, 205% VS marked targets.​

How does it work?
It's simple, in minecraft 1.9 there's a new effect called 'Glowing' wich highlights the targeted entity with the effect, creating the definition of 'Marked target'.

Grade:

1. (Lv. 11)
Mana: 8
Deals 50% Lightning damage and marks¹ target enemy for 5 seconds.

1. (Lv. 35)
Mana: 7
Deals 75% Lightning damage and marks¹ target enemy for 7 seconds.

1. (Lv. 56)
Mana: 5
Deals 110% Lightning damage and marks¹ target enemy for 10 seconds.​

Gives you and allies/other players within a 4 Block radius 1 minute of Jump boost I and 1 Minute of Night Vision

How does it work?
The player throws forward a ball (Fireworks Star) that has a half-second fuse, dealing damage in a large area and slowing enemies slightly.

Grade:
1. (Lv. 19)
Mana: 10
Deals 40% Fire Damage, 30% Air damage and 30% Neutral Damage. Radius of 7 blocks. adds Slowness I to enemies for 2 seconds

1. (Lv. 42)
Mana: 10
Deals 60% Fire Damage, 40% Air damage and 45% Neutral Damage. Radius of 9 blocks. adds Slowness I to enemies for 3 seconds

1. (Lv. 64)
Mana: 10
Deals 80% Fire Damage, 50% Air damage and 55% Neutral Damage. Radius of 12 blocks. adds Slowness II to enemies for 4 seconds​

 

Interesting concept, but it shouldn't be called a bounty hunter. Any class could be a bounty hunter; it has to be more specific.

 

It seems pretty nice. I'm not sure about my personal opinion is. It appears pretty balanced, thorough.

I don't like the glow effect idea, but that's just me.

 

Do you have any good suggestions for a name? I mean, its not that easy finding proper names for the classes.

WHY IS TRYING TO COME UP WITH A NAME THE HARDEST THING IN MY ENTIRE LIFE RIGHT NOW

 

Only problem is the server supports 1.8/1.9 so thats the only thing wrong :(

 

They're most likely to update it at some point to 1.9+ they cant remain in the stone age forever.

If it was a bounty huntrr, they should be able to use some bows as well as axes, right?
