New Thunder Mythic Dagger Suggestion, Storm. 45+ Supporters.

I mean we have Aquarius with 110 Intelligence Requirement... but I mean 105 kinda fits it... then again, 105 Dex + Multi Hit = How much Az does with bomb spell x2 basically. If you lower the dexterity requirement, to like 85 or maybe even 90 it would be good to not be broken, and Thunder DMG down to 10% then yes. Its a fitting dagger because Assassin lacks skill in PvP and some PvE

 

good idea, i didn't listen to the other guy who said to lower the dexterity because he gave no reasoning behind it.

I have changed the stats to something people have liked more before it got edited.

 

It looks like a decent mythic. The only thing is, it looks too much like Weathered. I can't use the link for some reason though, so idk what the damage and attack speed is.
My suggestion would be to give it something like mana steal. Maybe only 2-3 mana steal on average.
Of course, this probably needs a little counterbalance. I'm going to suggest negative reflection or another 'percentage chance' id just to make things interesting.

 

your idea was great, so I have implimented it already, it now averages 3/2 mana steal and -25% reflection.

As Devourer said, it was too much like Weathered, so I have added his suggestion. I have also removed the picture and you can now see the stats in pure text, so I can edit it alot quicker now and to prevent faulty pictures and links.

If this mythic dagger will be ever added, i want it to be lv 96, not 99 ;-;

 

I might lower the level to 98 or even 97, but there are already 2 mythic daggers which are level 96, Grimtrap and Weathered, and for level 97 there is Inferno, I might lower the level to under that, level 95 instead.

As it is called storm, what about adding some air damage to it? I already know that there is +air damage but I believe that if you add air damage it would be better. One example would be

Storm
Super Fast Attack Speed

Neutral Damage: 25-75
Thunder Damage: 50-350
Air Damage: 25-50

+25-50 air damage would be OP, I could remove the neutral damage and add small air damage. I have just removed the neutral damage and added air damage, but the problem is that assassin already has 2 air daggers, I know this is thunder but it is partially air.
