once again this item is way too op, it has too high dmg and also the attack speed is too high for a water wand

 

first..its a water dagger
Second..its not op at all compared to grimtrap or apocalypse or grandmother or especially that mythic bow that can hold 91% walk speed ...wtf
And look to freedom bow ...even alkatraz
And u telling me that a WATER weapon that is made for spell dmg is 'way too op '??

Actually I just looked at it again, very fast, 350 attack, 260 spell damage....... way too op.

 

look at idol
doesnt have negative ids and can have 3/4s mana regen and reflection wuth normal attack spped ..and its warrior tgat is base on defence more than offense...
i think this weapon is suitable for assassin and 51 wynner is supporting my idea

Weathered: very fast, 400 attack, and a bunch of buffs. The raw spell damage has been nerfed too, so 260 won't make a HUGE difference. Anyway, +spell damage does make sense for a water based weapon, and Idol is fairly similar to this dagger, and isn't too OP. I personally like the state this dagger is in right now, as it isn't OP or UP either. @icebreaker good job on this!

Maybe switch the +260 spell with a 2/4s mana regen

new feed back time
1) the damage is really dang high so you can do one of the following things :
a) give it fast attack speed
b) give it 230-280 water damage instead
2) it might need a bit of negative melee damage , since its such an amazing spell damage dagger , so like -10% melee damage and -50 melee damage would be pretty good
3) mybe make the intl have a higher requirement like 110 intl and make the intl bonus higher , like 13 at max , 10 average

alltho ignis says it landed the final hit to kill garaheth so mybe change it a bit to "the dagger was used to weaken garaheth in the war" since water is the opposite of fire , and then when being weak ignis could finish him off

Yeah I agree with @Kraby
I think reducing the spell damage to maybe 150, and adding 3/4s mana regen is a good idea. However, -melee drawbacks would be good too, to balance it out. Adding a higher int req as well, agreeing with Kraby. I personally am fine with the current base damage and attack speed though.

It is true that the bow which can get 91% walk speed is OP, i once got one which had 82% walk speed, +20 agility and 13% spell damage.
2 of those are maxed out btw, Stratiformis is OP.

 

and many players dont know its power :o

im sorry to dissapoint u but some players suggested that the name looks very simial with tsunaweep ( rare dagger that exist in game) and doesnt match the lore so i changed it :(
i hope u like this one ..i think its more balanced
