With the release of Gavel many players are complaining about holding too much LE in their banks, for this, i suggest a further system for emeralds such as this one below:

The number at the bottom shows the total amount of Emeralds each section is worth.

As useful as it may be, after GE i doubt there would be any significant amount of people with that amount of emeralds. (Watch someone reply to this and try to prove me wrong). But apart from that, having the LE as the largest amount of money item also caps the amount of emeralds a single player can own, which, if someones LEs are clogging up his characters and his bank, promotes spending rather than hoarding.

 

I like it. But I don't see anyone getting a Plasma Emerald, but eh. The Gaseous Emerald is kinda needed, so +1 support.

 

Like the others said I don't think anyone had enough for plasma.
Also this will make duping easier.

I somewhat agree, but I only agree to the PE. everything else, pretty much no one will achieve.

Keeping it capped to atleast GE is probably smart.

I thought its 64 for a GE, and 64 GE for a plasma

 

It's 64 LE into a GE. 1 stack of LE = 1 GE. So 64 GE = 64 Stacks = 1 PE

 

Now I realize how stupid I was., I ment 4096 le not stacks. Wups

 

What about instead of new types of emerald, all players spawn with a 'money bag' which is basically an infinite storage for emeralds. All the emeralds you get are automatically transferred into the bag

I was talking in ts and shoutbix and some people said they would have enough for alot of PE... Dont know how true .

So, no, it's not 64 LE into one PE, because then'd I'd be able to afford almost 2 stacks of them.

I highly doubt QE would be needed, though, and there would only be a few PE in existence. Other than those two nitpicks, I like it!

 

Are there even dupes left? I've not heard of any after the bank one was fixed. Or do you mean if 1 is found it can have a huge impact rly fast

Huh what items r they duping nowadays o_O? The market prices for valuable items seem quite high (like white horses) if they were duped, wouldn't the price fall?

 

There is still duping in 1.8 but im pretty sure the coders covered that up.
white horses were duped and abused which is why thier market price is only a half of thier breeding price.
