Actually, when a under-level person tries to enter the caves, they will be teleported out.

No under-level person can meet their friend in Dern

 

Actually, people think it is in the south-east of Wynn because the lore says it.
And I agree, we know nothing about Dern so a suggestion shouldn't be based on something which isn't confirmed.

 

I will accept this idea if
1. Name will be more DRAMATIC
2. Good lore
3. Better names of mobs inside
4. A bit lower lvls for example 95-135 with final boss 165 then it will be ok :)

I'd even say to make the levels around 75 - 130 or so in the new Province just like it was with Gavel where you go with lvl 40 before being close to fdinished in Wynn so here you will be finished with wynn but not with gavel ==> so you enter at low level and stay with the levels above 90 though i think they will add quests for lvl 90 - 100 in gavel or wynn if a new Province comes out or even before that. So you actually get to the lvl without grinding for 40 hours or so which is needed atm to reach lvl 100 from 91

Well nice idea... but like.. You're way ahead of the Dern Update.

 

It's a bit hard to read, but I like your idea. From levels 40 to 70, you have to constantly travel between Gavel and Wynn. So why not make it the same way between Gavel and Dern? I would say that makes it more exciting, getting your first Dern quest around 85 or so.
