It's a god idea, but it's pretty unrealistic. All of the ocean currents wouldn't be moving to and from selchar, you didn't take into account how the temperatures of the waters would affect were the currents go, look at a map of the currents in the Atlantic Ocean for example. To make the currents realistic you would also need a map of the ocean floor.

yes, it's unrealistic. disregard the magic, ability to summon meteors and vanish into thin air, and the MAGIC POWERED ROBOT, this game is all about realism.

    Holy shit.
First of all this would be INSANELY COOL. I don't know any other video game that takes this into account.
I have seen well explained suggestions, even extremely detailed suggestions, just never a suggestion that codes itself.
Ok. This would be great ingame, but I think it would be a lot of work for such a minor detail, the team would never add this. There are tons of things the team would love to implement but cant bc it takes a lot of time. Even If they liked this, they would probably not devote any time towards adding this.
But honestly, I really want this. Small features that improve gameplay like this are super important towards making a good game, and I don't think Wynn has enough of these cool, small features.

Tl;Dr: Love the concept, but don't think the team would add it. I support though.
Also Rip Tree Island, feels left out on the currents. :(
BTW update supporter count in title.
