    Pretty good for a new guy! Mostly because new people have trouble understanding a actual good suggestion, but never mind that.
    Just two problems, artefact is artifact.
    Now the second one, is quite the amount of work it'll be to create this quest. Now I don't want your imagination and how you think of the quest should be, be vetoed, no it's really good, just saying. So, I haven't really been to the high up area, but I can see it can look like a lot of work, correct me if I am wrong. But if it is, I believe you should describe it into how you vision it, and how much can go into the quest.

    The quest idea is very good, I think it should be added, if it quite can, but who knows, things happen.
