A Wynn Hero

Talk to the Old Story Teller in the house next to the castle in Ragni

Old Story Teller: Oh, a new recruit! Just what I needed!
Old Story Teller: As a historian, I gather all the artifacts about the province of Wynn.
Old Story Teller: A bandit has stolen Wynn's most ancient hero, Bob's, recruitment paper.
Old Story Teller: Bob was an amazing hero who roamed around Wynn fighting evil and challenging what previously could not be challenged.
Old Story Teller: I need that paper back before the king finds out or he will have my head!
Old Story Teller: Please get it back! I think I saw the bandit head into the sewers.

After above: Explore the Sewers for the bandit's hideout.
After above: Go to the center of the hideout (There will be a puzzle in the way like the one in the Lazarus Pit in order to get to Vesdar and the diagram for it will be on the wall.)
After above:
Take the paper back from the bandit and return it to the Old Story Teller
Lowly Bandit: You won't take this paper from me!
Lowly Bandit: It's worth a fortune!
Lowly Bandit drops Bob's Recruitment Paper (Quest Item)
On return of paper to Old Story Teller:
You found the paper! That's great, but you can keep it. I found a spare copy in one of my drawers. The paper IS worth a lot of emeralds, so maybe someone will buy it.
End

Quest Rewards: Bob's Recruitment Paper (Misc. Item)
64 Emeralds
1000 Experience Points

Note: If this gets published as a quest: Bob's Recruitment Paper (Misc. Item) will be used with a merchant with a shop in a room built behind the king's throne in exchange for Bob's First Bow/Spear/Wand/Daggers which have an average identification of +1 to every stat, +30 health, +10% loot bonus, +10% xp bonus, and +10% health regen.
The wand does 20-35 damage
The spear does 25-40 damage
The bow does 30-45 damage
The daggers do 20-35 damage
All the weapons are of normal speed, have a level min. of 10, and have the quest req. "A Wynn Hero"

 

Well I mean, Bob's first weapons were probably Oak Wood ones, but okay.

I don't really get how a recruitment paper could be worth so much. Why not just have one of Bob's weapons be stolen, and have that as a direct reward, based on class?

 

i dont think they can give rewards based on classes that is why they give token/other items that you trade in for the weapon/armor/item you want

Before Gavel they could only do quests in a linear fashion. Not anymore. Times are changing, my friend.

 

Right. There isn't much to say about this since it's a short low level quest, but here we go.
First, everything @Jamieverse said.
2. Quest text. [1/1] The One-eyed Guy: This is the correct format and coloring, the quest looks 10 times better if you use it.
3. Kinda short? Even for a level 10 quest.
4. Proper item layout and text. I'll do the bow for you; It shouldn't be hard to change it to fit the other weapons. I'll assume they have 2 slots.

Noted. I'll change this one and maybe add another part, something along the lines of getting like a certain helmet to get into the sewers, like nose plugs made from 10 string.
