World Crafting Rares Uniques Legendaries Mythics Out Of Lower Tiers

Guys I have an idea. There could have a drop that you craft with an identified item which upgrades it's tier and unidentified it. It could be a rare drop.

 

If would ruin the whole item system.... so one No from me

Um... Upgrades the tier? What?

 

If it would be added it could be like a special powder that upgrades it to next tier higher so unique to rare etc of the save level range. Could be a super rare drop or by melting down weapons like 5 mythics for mythic powder or 20 uniques for unique powder, etc.

Then let's take a legendary wand around lvl 65 and make it into a Pure

 

How about you can only get it by smelting an amount of the tiered item, ex. 5 mythics or something, and you can add i to the lower tier, ex. legendary wand, for like 64 le at a npc. Then the weapon becomes untradeable, therefore not breaking the economy and making it less ragey and rng based for people to get items.

Except by that point it would be useless. There is simply no way to make this work.
