It's quite dependent on the devs, if your suggestion is accepted, they are bound to make quite changes onto it.

The spells already have a lore. It just doesn't appear in game.

 

Well then.....they can still ad them to the game in chat once you level up or gain them, because atm it seems like we get our spells from nowhere
