World /toggle Armour

Ever since the custom armour was introduced to the game again (shortly after gavel was released I believe) I have noticed a handful of users whom simply prefer to use /armour. For those of you who are unaware of the command, /armour will toggle off all your armour in game for that session. Meaning, your armour stats, health and such will still be counted towards your character, but you will no longer appear to be wearing the custom armour that Wynncraft provides.

Much like /toggle class and so forth, I thought having /toggle armour would also be highly appreciated by the community. I personally hate having to remember to use /armour every time I join the game or switch lobbies. I am however uncertain if switching classes also toggle your armour back on (please correct me below ^-^).

None the less, I think this would be a fantastic new toggle to have so that we can decide to have the custom armour or not and be done with it.

Just for clarification, armor skins stay off when you switch classes. More on topic, I totally agree. There's no reason (or none obvious to us normal players) why this isn't a toggle already.

Actually, there is a reason for the lack of a /toggle armour: I'm not sure of the specifics, but if I recall correctrly the armor skins system is formatted in such a way that a permanent/semi-permanent toggle is literally impossible.

 

Well, there it is. RIP. I suppose there could at least be some sort of way to notify players of this command. Not everyone is going to read through /help, so putting a note about it somewhere in the tutorial (couldn't say where on the spot like this) might be beneficial.

The best way is to take off your 1.8 skin stuff in Skin Customization in the settings. It's easy and fast, but the armor skins might not work well with that. With Spectre it left half my face black.

I thought /toggle armor was a thing already. Not the way you're suggesting, but the command exists (unless I've been doing /armor without realizing). Also, currently the other toggles (swear and blood) are broken, so not sure if they're ready for a new one yet :/ (Seriously PLEASE fix /toggle blood ;-;)

 

Thank you for letting me know and currently they do not have a toggle that lasts longer then your current active session.
