World Custom Weapon Scrolls (cws)!

Hi, Athesis/Toast here. Welcome to the custom weapon scrolls suggestion thread!

Because I'm too lazy to make my own intro, use your fantasy.
Alright, so introducing CWS I'll have to say, this may get a little OP in the end.
What should CWS do, Mr. Toast?
Funny you should ask, CWS is going to be an expensive type of scroll that you use to customize your weapon to change forexample on the Apocalypse from Fire Damage to Ice Damage. This should only be able to be put on Legendary and Mythic weapons. And only on weapons with another element applied to it.
BUT MR. TOAST! What about gathering the scrolls? How would this be possible?
Of course, we'd probably need a third important tower for this... so why not make one? We could place it around or even inside of the light forest!
How would I get into the tower?
So, think of the Tower of Amnesia... you had to gather all of the Wynn scrolls to access that. So what about this new tower? We could have it be something along the lines of gathering all of the Gavel scrolls. But the rest of this quest will have to wait for a quest suggestion. Anyways, that's it for me, until next time!

You forgot the "why is this needed part"

cuz honestly, it's not. I am all for another tower of amnesia type quest, but I don't feel like these scrolls are good. Like for example water stuff is supposed to have low damage but high spell damage, and earth have really high damage and low earth damage. You turn your earth wand into water, suddenly you have a super high damage water wand.

Indeed. That's the point of making it expensive.

Well this just sounds like the powders they're going to implement, but instead of being permanent it's temporary - temporary as in it's changeable, not permanent (and even the powders could be temporary, maybe we will be able to swap them, we'll never know until powders are implemented...)
And the fact that it only works on weapons with other elemental damage, I don't understand why? So I can use an op legendary or mythical spear and add even more op elements to it, while if I have an neutral only spear that's not as good you can't improve it? It makes no sense...

Edit: Oh wait you don't mean add elements you meant literally change them? That would make some weapons too op, I mean I could have a water spear I don't use, because I don't do water damage and I could just change it to fire element and make it usable... It would defeat the purpose of the specific ids of the weapons (specific ids added for a certain elemental damage, build, etc).

I would just like to point out one thing: on top of the "general suggestions" section there's a rule thread that specifically says you cannot tag staff and admins to view your suggestions... and that's exactly what you did :/

As far as I understood its not adding another element to your weapon, is changing it.
And you are right, it does sound a lot like powders.

Thats kinda op, you could just turn Gaia into a different element, it does alot of earth damage, now think about fire, and etc.
