World Nerf The Damn Fire And Lava.

Right now, the fire does 1.5 hearts per tick, and it lasts for about 10 ticks, causing our HP to deplete by 10-15 hearts. The lava, it does 3-4 hearts when you touch it, then sets you on fire for about 15-20 ticks, causing your health to go down as much as 15-20 hearts. I really think there is a need to nerf the damage, considering cities like Thanos is completely filled with fire, and it is proving difficult to avoid touching the fire at all.

 

Oh ok, because our player is a creature from hell that can withstand extreme heat.

You can last up to 20 ticks while burning alive?! Sounds like it needs a buff instead.

I agree fire needs a tweak. Not lava. It doesn't have to be realistic. Sometimes you stumble a bit a light a flame. Wasting some pots to withstand the damage. From a design stand point, it's not fun or good game design to put a hazard like that in a major city like thanos.

I think that if the player can get hit by a meteor (in a duel against a mage) and survive, then they should be able to stand in a little fire.

 

Lore-wise the players shouldn't be attacking each other with meteors.
Lore-wise the player is not a flame resistant satan spawn.

 

No, but we can survive hits from someone that has corrupted worlds, the provinces legendary hero. An illusion of Death. And of course The Mistress of the Hive. Yet, fire consistently is able to kill us. (Oh and we survive blazes no problem, and they are living fire)

 

Its not the lava that needs nerfing, its the fire that sticks to you like super-glue even if you touch the tiniest corner of it that needs nerfing..... The fire should work like vanilla Minecraft where the longer you stand in it, the longer it stays on you.

 

Agreed, maybe add fire-resistant armor, WAIT NO WHY DO WE EVEN HAVE FIRE DEFENSE WHEN IT CAN'T EVEN DEFEND AGAINST FIRE AND LAVA

Apparently mages are

 

1 foot in lava= -10000 life

 

I was just joking btw, I'm perfectly fine with the current system.
