Passing The Time

I cant be the only one who has finished all their quests and found themselves with nothing to do but grind and as we all know grinding get boring fast.

I though of a few ideas that could be more entertaining ways to gain xp.

Training Dummies

• Training grounds can be found in the major cities of Wynn and Gavel (so places like Ragni and Cinfras).
• You would pay a certain amount of emeralds depending on the level of the area you were in: so Ragni training would be cheap but give less xp than training in Troms which is more expensive.
• To train an NPC called The (city name) Trainer would give the player objectives to do on an armor stand or give the player some parkore to complete : The trainer might say, "do a long ranged attack from 10 block away or something like that" The training would get harder the higher the level of the city your in resulting in more xp

(this idea probably needs improving to please leave you suggestions!)

Horse/Boat Races

• Horse race tracks could be found in farming villages like maltic and bremminglar (the largest course being in Ternaves) and boat race tracks could be found near towns where there are bodies of water like Nesaak and Rymek (the largest course being in Nemract).
• To enter a horse race you must have two things: a horse and emeralds. once you have paid 10e the race master you will be put into a race lobby where you will wait for 2 minutes for other players to join (4 slots available in a race. If no one joins then (if possible) an NPC villager riding horse will fill the slots and will race the player. (if this is not possible then the player can just get a refund).
• If the player wins the race they will recive 25e and xp second place will win 15e and xp third will win 10e and xp fourth will get nothing.
• Boat races take place on tracks laid out by coloured boys in rivers. same rules as the horse races really except rewards with less xp and emeralds because boats are easier to obtain.

Parkore

• Quite simply parkore courses can be found in areas with mountains and caves so places like the red desert Savannah, the pigman ravine , maro peaks ect ect. also there would be a parkore arena in Ahmsord.

Completing a parkore course would give some rare loot and some hefty xp (considering the fact that the courses will be hard)

Coliseum

• basically a funner way to grind. coliseums can be found in stronger cities like troms and cinfras.
• strong enemies would be sent out of a gate in waves and the player would fight them. the floors could have traps in them like fire pits and pop up spikes
• the amount of waves fought would depend on the xp dished out and loot

please tell me if you like any of these ideas some of them have probably already been suggested but hey i think they're pretty good also feel free to suggest your own ideas or tell me how mine could be improved

 

sooo what's to stop me from using movement spells and using movement speed to finish the parkour easily?

 

spells are disabled?

 

so i assume that it would be something like lobby parkour then? and disable all spells, take off any buffs, and disable armor enhancements
cool, i like parkour

 

cinfras wouldnt have the space, maybe thesead or rodoroc?

idk i presume the admins and mods can decide on that because im not very good on the xp front

 

I absolutely agree on this, i hate having to spend 10 hours on grinding just to get half of the xp i need to next level. For real, you need to play for 1o minutes just to get enough xp for it to be visible!

Coliseum sounds a bit complex but the other three are pretty cool. Could you get a poll up?
