Pets & Horses Return Of The Black Horse Merchant! (quest Idea Included)

I believe that the removal of the black horse merchant from VIP town (EULA) has caused a bit of a disturbance in the player market. The price to breed a white horse from black horses for 1 liquid emerald each was on average 56 le, A.K.A. about their old market value. The thing is, breeding from brown horses costs about an average of 110 or so le. The market value of horses is lower than their breeding worth, causing a disturbance to the player market. Losing money by selling a horse means less people breed horses to sell, which leads to barely any white horses for sale.

I say that we could put the merchant in a high level Gavel area, such as the plain East of Cinfras. There could be a quest to unlock the ability to buy horses from the merchant (Exactly like brown horses). The quest NPC can be called Theorem, and the area he is in could be called Theorem's Ranch (Totally not an anagram). My idea for the quest is in the spoiler.

Spoiler: The Steed's Feed

Theorem: Howdy partner! What brings you to my little ranch?
Theorem: Horses, isn't it? Sorry, I can't help you at the moment, I have a slight problem on my hands.
Theorem: The thing is, these darn trolls from the mountain stole my horse feed!
Theorem: If you could do me a favor and get back my [Bag of Horse Feed], I would sure be in your debt!
Theorem: I saw them head West, towards the airbase. They probably found a cave.
Theorem: Good luck on getting my horse feed back.
[Quest Started: The Steed's Feed]

Theorem: Have you found those trolls? I said they went West, towards the airbase.

(Entering the cave before the quest)
[You feel an eerie chill run down your back, you should probably stay away from here.]

(Entering the cave during the quest)
[As you enter the cave, you sense a strong magical force ahead.]

*Build team makes an awesome cave for the quest*

(Near Boss)
[Troll Scout: An intruder in the cave! They must be after that [Bag of Horse Feed] we stole from that farmer!]
[You hear the sound of receding footsteps]

(Entering Boss Room)
[Troll Magician: I knew you were here before my scout even came, your kind leaves a distinct entropy within the magical aura.]
[Troll Magician: No matter, after I am finished with you, the peace of the magical field will be restored!]

The Troll Magician will drop the [Bag of Horse Feed]

Theorem: You got my [Bag of Horse Feed]! The moment I saw you, I knew that I could count on you.
Theorem: Thanks partner, If you ever want to buy a horse, come by my ranch!
Theorem: Here, take some of my emeralds for saving me the trouble of buying more.

I put a bit of time into that, I wrote it similar to how it would be like if they put it into the server (Like, if they chose to do that type of quest). *Shameless bump*

I like this idea. I lost my 20/20 stats black horse. ANd I GOT NO MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION and I die 24/7 in the mesa, no way to escape teh dead cowboys so I want a bl4ck h0rs3
