Only +stats. And.... it is not OP but strong.
Need -stats for balance....

 

this sucks for mythic... your only looking for the xp and loot bonus stats... u it needs mana regen, mana steal, health regen, walkspeed, etc.

 

That's a really op wand, i know It's mythic but a lvl 98 legendary wand does 12-24 damage of each element, including neutral... Needs balance.

 

Change the Intel points needed to 110 or something

I was talking about his suggestion, i know that the wand i mentioned sucks but still, his wand does 600 damage guarranteed as minimum... while the best wand except that does what 400 maybe.

Agreed, but all i'm saying is a wand that does 72 dmg as minimum and a wand that does 600 wand minimum, both dealt over 6 elements is way to big of a difference.

 

cuz 600x5=3000 min DPH, and thats only if your luck is really bad (min dmg on scale). so if the wand of 72 min dmg will do on all of the elements, 72x5= 360 DPH, that means, that the wand he created is double the power from this REAL LOGICAL wand.

 

It IS a mythic though, even if it's both unoriginal and OP

 

600 damage is his lowest, it's that value spread across 6 elements, and the other wand does 72 also spread over 6 elements.

Neutral isn't counted as an element because it has no Elemental Defense or +Elemental Damage% stats or any base stat which focuses on it.

 

I know, but i thought people would realise what i meant. Guess i have to be more speciefic.

 

Spoiler: Why this item is OP

100-150 in each element is incredibly overpowered from any perspective. Only requiring 60 intelligence to use and allowing the user to deal a minimum of 500 melee damage and in each element is positively broken. Not good vs bosses, but a meteor with this wand would one-shot anything short of Amadel's final form. Weapons that do damage in each element are very good.

Spoiler: How you can make it less so

I recommend that you change the amount of damage it gives in each element or limit it to something that makes sense for the 60 int required. If you made it require 35 of each stat and do more like 30-60 in each element with 30-60 neutral as well.

@Dodo and @SeanThomas2 are level 100 mages who can give more information on Cascade if they feel like joining this argument.

That is true, but it doesn't have neutral or air damage, which may be annoying in some situations, but not a bad wand.
