    In addition to the text stating your equipment is affecting your skillpoints, I think it'd be helpful if it displayed the amount of skillpoints being affected and the amount of points you've invested.

    Maybe it's just me, but I frequently remove my equipment to see if my skillpoints are evened up... and that gets annoying after awhile.

    Example of the display (hovering your cursor over the book will still display your skillpoints after bonuses and deductions):

    Points Invested: 40
    Equipment Bonus: 15
    Equipment Deduction: 5

    (Your book will display 50 points)

    That is all :3

    You don't have to add up at all. You can check your stats in the Compass setting, hover over your player head and see how many skill points are added based on armors. Then subtract that from the total points you have. No armor taking off required.

    Those stats aren't always correct. For example, stat boosts provided by your weapon appear on the player head but not on the skillpoint books.

    Yes, because I would know if I would lose a piece of gear that has a specific skill requirement if I removed another piece of gear. yay.
