World Just A Small Problem I Have With The Gavel Update...

A word of advice to the GMs... if you're going to make leveling almost entirely dependent on quests, then please make the quests actually give enough xp to level up with. I have noticed with many quests in the upper 70's (I'm looking at you, Purple and Blue) doing all the quests available to me at that level only gave me about 70-80% of the xp needed to level up, which due to the Gavel mob xp nerf, means nearly an hour of grinding in some cases. This just really annoys me...

 

If you think that's bad, wait till you get to higher levels. To be honest, I really don't see a problem with it. You do the quests, and then a little bit of leveling. It really isn't that hard to grind the very last piece of a level. 70%-80% of the xp really isn't that hard to grind from. It may seem this way, but if you can get in a good grinding mood (music, food, whatever else you like while grinding), it really isn't that bad. It's the 80s on up when it gets menacing.

They've probably nerfed the xp reward since you've done it, I only got 3 bars of xp

 

I just started a new dark wizard class, now lvl 71, and the only time i grinded was between levels 30-40. Finding double XP servers is easy, and completing quests with double XP will get you the levels you need. Always thank the people who threw the bomb aswell. And also dont bug people for bombs. Lol.

Your complaining about no quests in lvl 70s..... Back in my day you would have to herb cave grind at lvl 60 all the way to 68 and the ToL grond the rest....

 

And dont forget the long grind up to 60 while your on 50.

 

Now the grind is 90-100.. I'm gonna die if they don't make a better grind spot

 

Lvl 59 is hard to grind, about 5 hours

 

pffffft, kids this days. I grinded all the way from level 60-68 and then from 68-75 coz I was too lazy to do quests.

you do know the follow up update will have the 90-100 quests right?

 

I know, but it would be nice if they couldn't just choose a spot and buff the xp rates for the meantime

 

Remeber the Gavel double XP? And the other XP boosts?

I leveled up four times from one quest.
Next quest, leveld up three times.
Next quest, FIVE TIMES.
NExt quest, two times.
Next quest, one time ;-;
Next quest, three times.

Yeah



That kinda makes up for not having much XP in the later quests.
Dispite the fact that I had LV 50 gear at the time, so I had to grind from Lv 60 mobs, THEN Lv 70 mobs.
