A class that negotiations with creatures by using a whistle that also does damage if they don't come peacefully

spell 1 negotiations
freezes all creatures as you call your senate to order

spell 2 super senate jump of soaring
jumps 150 blocks into the air negates fall damage

spell 3 peace
all creatures in game become passive

spell 4 execute order 66
all passive creatures on map die
