World Customizable Teleportation Scrolls

So i was just thinking that there should be scrolls you could by in... lets say cinfras. With these scrolls, you could set the location for it to teleport to. Say theres a nice grinding spot, but far from cities? You could set the scroll to that location (Shift-Click the scroll while standing at the desired location) and then use the scroll to get there! Now, i've thought of some loopholes. "But what if people give these to others to let them in quest places!" Thats why they would be Untradeable. They would be kind of pricey ( Around 8 Emerald Blocks maybe), and in order to use, they would cost 2 soul points rather than 1. Another loophole, would be that you could give them to your other classes to get into, say, bob's tomb. That is why they would not be able to go in banks, e.g. your warrior goes into bob's tomb and sets a scroll, and if you want to get your assassin in you would also have to set one for your assassin.
Thought this would make grinding and loot farming less tedious and more wrecking face with your mythic weapons.

 

And also too overpowered. 8 Emerald Blocks is also laughably low. Something like that would be worth at the very least 1 LE.

 

I agree 8 is low but i think an le is too much maybe like 32-48 eb now that i think. Maybe double whatever the most expensive scroll is. (Not the reset scroll though :P)

 

You know most of the people who play Wynncraft don't own a single mythic...

 

It isn't that hard to walk somewhere from a city in 3 minutes. It's also pretty overpowered, though unnecessary.

 

Sketchy merchant: Selling a teleport scroll to the ??? Quest start NPC and another scroll to outside the map where the next province will be...

Well ... the Gavel Update allows you to Play on Air ... That means some Walk speed as well ... Then you just need to be an Assassine or an Archer (Because speed 3) and you are fast at your grinding spot ....

 

I legit had this exact idea that I was gonna make a suggestion! You beat me to it!

I like everything about your Idea except for the fact that they can not go in banks. That makes it a bit unfair, storage wise. Of you get your low lvl into bob's tomb, he will just get teleported out due to lack of requirements.

Also, perhaps naming them when you make them? So you are able to remember what is what? And I would have never though of the untradable thing...

This beats all of the exploration factor you have in rpg's. What's the point in suddenly appearing in your grinding spot but skipping all the scenery and dungeons on the way?

 

I'd set mine inside of Bob's Tomb so dat I don't have to open it.

 

A lot of people keep a class in there so they just need one more person to open the door.

 

Ya but that requires leveling it up. Now I can just get in there easy.

 

I agree this could be too overpowered. I'd say it could cost 1-5LE and merchant can be found near Qira Hive. And level requirement would be 75+

 

On one hand, this is really useful, as it allows the user to quickly get to a location without having to walk from a nearby town.

On the other, this is really OP. Even if you made it cost 2 SP and 8 LE to buy, it's really quite OP to just be able to TP wherever you want to go at will. You might have travelled the same path 100 times, but you might find a hidden button you've never seen before.

 

Oh boy, despite the fact that it's really overpowered, you have no idea how easily you could get your class stuck by transferring the scroll to another class. And the scamming potential, not to mention. Just tell someone "hey this scroll goes to a grind spot" when it really just teleports them into a pit of lava or something.
