So i'm having a blast with the server, It huge and lots of areas to explore.
But I have a nagging issue in the back of my mind,

That there just is not much to do in it...
There is this huge huge world to play in, with so much vast unused space.
I know I may be harping a little hard on the "like runescape" cord, but really why not?

Now, before you say anything about how "hard this would be for the developers to do",
Yes I am fully aware of that,
The things I will be talking about here purely a my "ideal game" type of talk, things Id love to see in the game. And if I were to be perfectly frank, There is absolutely nothing wrong with that.

    ---------------------------------------------------------------
Runescape has things to do as reference to it "diversion & distractions" events that are there to play around with. Im aware that the game has "micro" quests that pop up while you travel around, but its not always very fun to do.
On Wynn, there could be simple generically themed events like:
-ItemHunt, "scour the area for a particular item/kill the things for random drops for a particular item"
-FootRace, "Get from point A to Point B the fastest, movement skills may or may not be allowed"
-Random goldenmob "Rare random mob spawn with a chance at good loot"

    And such similar events,
These event's don't necessarily need to be combat focused, some can be a test of wit or dexterity with parkour.
What id like to see is a stronger diversity of gameplay, because as it stands its current focus is just to pray to the RNGod to give you things with big numbers on them.
    ---------------------------------------

    My thoughts on fast travel...
    Pretty self explanatory.

Spend between 10-64 emeralds (or for more expensive areas emerald blocks) for a ship/cart/glider/dragonrider to take you across the map.

limiting factors for people who can use fast travel could be things like:
    -Level
-Quest Completion/or Carrying Particular Quest items
-Clan Affiliations, (Clan purchasing travel permits for its members)

The benefit of this particular system is that it acts as a Gem Sink, allowing more reason for in game currency to be spent. (Fast travelling between core towns would becomes expensive, but often times Id rather spend gems than spending souls for teleports.)

as a general example, Say you wanted to get from Alumju to Ragni, me as a player would rather spend 5-10 gems between towns along the way, rather then spending 1 soul + telescroll. More so (if miniquest would be introduced) say there is an event going on In Alumju, but I do not have a TeleScroll for it, Fast Travel spots would mean I could get there in a reasonable time and not miss it.

I hope you get my point in that.
    ---------------------------------------

    My Thoughts on noncombat skills,
So okay, so im going full Runescape musical on this one.

NonCombat skills on their own are a form of diversion&distraction as they require a good deal of time gather/perform/train.
Things that can be helpful in/out of battle, examples being:

    -Farming
    -PotionCrafting (Synergy with farming)
-Cooking (Synergy with farming & Gathering)
    -Gathering (Generic Culmination of Mining/WoodCutting/Ect)
    -Smithing/Crafting/Trinketry (Armor/Wepone/Ring&Ect)(Synergy with gathering)
-SLAYER, (this is a big one, as it is a skill that offers a ton of possibilities mobs/bosses wise and is an addition mini quest system)

game systems like this further build off into diversity of play,
where the player actively participates in the game world, and offers a nearly infinite avenues of possible trade within the game world.
There already exist all these various drops from mobs, and almost every other resource asset is just used as background decor.

But what is it being used for currently?
Most mob drops are just sold to junk/misc vendors.
In my mind I find that to be a bit of a waste of potential.

What would be great and fully rewarding is if I as a player could walk around the game world with a pair of boots I crafted, a chicken sandwich I made (in a generic food bag icon to save space) and then Hang out in the Market place of Deltas trying to sell my resource drops to other players who are trying to skill their Noncombat skills. This would make the game world much more alive and active for you as a player and for everyone else you'd interact with.

The game is fun on its own in its current state, and I quite enjoy it.
but sometimes, Id just like to do something else other then killing mobs. See other skills go up in numbers.

That seems pretty good, but keep in mind that adding smaller details like this will probably have to wait until another major update is pushed out (i.e. Dern or Fruma, the two other provinces).
