Powder Murchant

With the upcoming new powder system, I believe there should be a powder merchant in cinfras or ahmsord that is self explanatory on what he/she would do.

Why should this be in-game?
Since powders are speculated to add elemental buffs to items (seeing there are a yellow and white-ish powders in resource pack, how I know this is thanks to the not as orange pack made by someone idk... if u want it search it I guess) and other clues such as relic locations w/ the relic of x element. SO what are you to do w/ the powder that u nor the many people you've asked to buy them? That's where we have the merchant to take what none of the nearby player want.

Selling prices

1. tier I: 16 eb
2. tier II: 32 eb
3. tier III: 48 eb
4. tier IV: 1 le
5. tier V (if found): 2 le
6. would continue pattern if more powder tiers surface

Notes

I am aware that I have a tendency to be "far-fetched" at times, and I will not notice until someone tells me that it is. If this isn't as so, don't tell me that is is.... just don't....

the only way you should be able to get powders is from relics themselves or other players, being able to buy the powders at a town would make the use of relics useless, they dont have a use currently, but they will sooner or later,

well thats kind of op, you can go to the relics and your able to get them more then once, just go to the relics area, server hop, and ez 64 le in 10 minutes.

 

cool downs? again i'm far-fetched and now can miss details.....

 

2 le per day, or more is still kinda op ;p

and 2 le PER RELIC, theres air, thunder, fire, water, and earth, you would be able to get like 10 le per day or more which is op
