World The Underground Minecart System W/ Quest & Mechs

Well, I'm back from vacation, and it's about time to make a new quest suggestion! This quest, not only unleashes more adventure but also a fantastic and amazing new minecart system! First, I'll start with the quest.

The Underground Minecart System

Difficulty: Medium

Stages

Stage 1: Speak to the UMS Administrator in the Dark Forest at [-1202,-5394] (there will be a new minecart system cave; he will be standing outside).

[1/4] UMS Administrator: Gah! Oh, it's just a Human from the Wynn Province.
[2/4] UMS Administrator: Sorry, I can't talk right now, I'm leading a mining excavation.
[3/4] UMS Administrator: What? You want to know more? Well, I am kind of starving, you see.
[4/4] UMS Administrator: Fetch me [5 Raw Fish] then! I heard there's a lot at Lake Gylia this season!

Stage 2: Return to the UMS Administrator with [5 Raw Fish].

[1/9] UMS Administrator: Gee, that was quick! The fish smells so fresh!
[2/9] UMS Administrator: Alright, fine, I'll tell you what's going on.
[3/9] UMS Administrator: I'm part of an organization leading the UMS, or Underground Minecart System.
[4/9] UMS Administrator: We're trying to complete a fully-accessible minecart system capable of taking Villagers and Humans all across the provinces.
[5/9] UMS Administrator: Fortunately, this seems to be the last spot to mine out!
[6/9] UMS Administrator: However...
[7/9] UMS Administrator: There seems to be a wicked, evil monster making terrible noises, like it was in pain from nether-fire!
[8/9] UMS Administrator: Perhaps you could handle it. The monster should be down the cave. Our workers must've found the room where the noises came from by now!
[9/9] UMS Administrator: Talk back to me when that monster's been sorted with!

Stage 3: Travel down the cave and defeat the Monster in Pain boss (it will drop Painful Dust, a renamed redstone as an untradable item).

[1/2] Monster in Pain: ROAR! GAHYEAHAH! HYEAH!
[2/2] Monster in Pain: YOURAH! GYAHHAH!
The monster seems to be in incredible pain. Might as well put it out of its misery.

Stage 4: Return to the UMS Administrator with [1 Painful Dust].

[1/6] UMS Administrator: Wha-What is thi-OUCH! That whatever it is hurt me terribly!
[2/6] UMS Administrator: Maybe it doesn't affect Humans, though. You're not getting hurt.
[3/6] UMS Administrator: Gah... Well, it looks like you sorted out the issue, anyway.
[4/6] UMS Administrator: Here, take these.
[5/6] UMS Administrator: Oh, the UMS Ticket? It's a one-time use ticket that allows you to take one free ride aboard the UMS.
[6/6] UMS Administrator: The nearest station is in Gelibord, now stop with chit-chat and take the reward. You've earned it!

Pretty nice but, i dont know a single person that tells info about an entire mining company after getting fish from him and raw fish? does he have a sushi shop or something

 

As Neno said, this seems rather unlikely.

In WynnEx, you literally have to spy on a secret meeting. You are by then being called "The Hero Of Wynn" which explains why you are trusted. Amadel manipulates you and the company as well. Oh and at level 56, I can 2 shot the monster with Meteor. Every class can 2-4 shot it.

For a quest this easy, the reward is very high as well.

food is survival? and you ask SOMEONE WHO HAPPENS TO PASS BY AND NOT OBLIGATED TO GET YOU FISH?

 

Every villager does that. Or human scientists have yet to figure out what is in that bulging head that's not a cube.
