Bug - Craftmas Chaos ( Quest )

So I try and play along with the new gavel update when I finally become level 30. My first quest I wanted to do was the Chraftmas Chaos quest. Everything went fine until when you defeat the shard sorcerer guy in the crystal caves or something and when you fall in to the dark past you die.. I would like it for a mod to please help me. I'm trying it once more but if it doesn't work please take this in to notice. (I already lost 4 soul points)

 

This is a huge problem.
Things like the fall into the Skeleton Dungeon, which lead to coal blocks AKA darkness, so its either change every single damn quest required drop in Wynn or nerf fall dmg. And I actually like the fall damage.

 

Well supposedly I guess spamming escape 12 times works. :/

 

If you use Escape to jump in, it will slowly drop you in, taking no fall dmg.

Escape go over hole and press shift to go down faster.

You can also teleport to the ground before you land if you're a mage.

 

Man, isn't this a hole we're going into?
This TOTALLY ruins the Wynn experience of going into new, dark, strange areas in quests.

 

Yeah.. Perhaps have grace areas in which you take no damage/take no fall damage? That might fix it without too much work and effort on their end.
