    There should be a tunnel to gavel that gows thougt the mountains on the right side. So you easly can ride a horse when horses work again.

    There is a Quest at Level 74 that allwos you to fast travel between Detlas and Cinfras.

    in a lvl 74 quest you will be able to use airships.
