Now with Gavel comming out, I would like to start the game all over again with a new character, but when i reach my level which I had on my old character, I would like to be able to transfer my legendary items and stuff.

    So please add this feature!

Your bank is shared between all classes, and is linked to the account. What you want was implemented from the beginning. Simply put your items from your current class into the bank, or keep it on that class as you can create a new one without deleting it, and then get it once the new class is at that level.
